Easy to deploy, scalable, and cost-effective
I give the solution a nine out of ten. We currently have around 15 people using the solution. We may increase the usage over time. The solution looks at data very differently than moderation tools, so we have to make sure everyone is aligned and on board before committing to QBO. The solution is a good tool and I recommend it.
