Customer support has become transparent and data driven but the interface still...
The UX/UI of Salesforce is a bit problematic. A lot of times there is a learning curve and even over three years I was not able to completely feel comfortable with using it. The search and the keywords and the cases and the account names and there is just a lot of information that is incorporated into Salesforce that it is hard to navigate....
