Some features of SAP SuccessFactors Learning that require improvement include reporting tools and dashboarding, which are not so good, and integration is really difficult. In the future, I suggest updates primarily on the mobile user experience side, reporting, dashboarding, and workflows. An AI version would definitely help significantly....
