Improved communication with engineers while considering AI integration for efficiency
Actually, I have very limited access. If I face any issue, I just log in with the ServiceNow page and create the incident. It will generate a service code and let me know, then it's fine. Communication is better. I can directly communicate on the ServiceNow portal with engineers. They can share their views, and I can share mine.
