It's very reliable, but OpenManager can be a bit clunky at times
We have not used their support much. The way we are set up, we can't use some of the features such as dial home for legal reasons, so I haven't had much exposure to them. It's on the warranty, there is an RMA, and most of that is initiated by other engineers. Normally, they come out fairly quickly and replace the motherboard, etc.
