The main area for improvement would be including better support. Support was horrible. When we needed help off-shift, at 2:00 in the morning, it was an hourly rate of $200, $175 an hour, and we waited an hour, hour and a half to get somebody on support. It was ridiculous. I'm accustomed to calling a support desk and getting immediate help....
