Slack's channel and chat management could be more intuitive. Configuring chats and pinning in Teams is easier, even though Slack has these features, they are not intuitive enough to engage with. Additionally, I haven't engaged much with the Huddles feature, as Teams natively supports calls with a more intuitive interface.
