Provides good scalability, but its technical support services could be better
Whenever HR sent notifications to different communities using the solution, I would receive multiple alerts. Its notifications can get too noisy at times. It would fill up the entire inbox. Later, when I used to turn it off, I would get an email asking if I received the alerts. This particular area could be improved.
