Excellent support, good personalization, and helps simplify search

What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for customized solutions for each customer and for small and large companies. I recommend Luigi's Box in search results. In the results, you can set what should actually be displayed for the orders (parameters, attributes, tags...). It's nice because they work based on feeds or API connections. All you have to do is put the script on the website, and the sale can start.

From the search results, we continued to the recommended products. We could also incorporate forced manual products. We have also set up filters in the search results, and I think we have a lot more to come.

How has it helped my organization?

The search absolutely did not work for us. We have thousands of products, and we needed to add relevant products to the carousels for all of
them. Luigi's Box solved our search and recommended products for
carousels. Our products are also really diverse. Everything cannot be done
automatically, and manual intervention is required. Technical support will typically resolve this within four hours.

The most valuable aspects for us were:

  • Search (it solved our problems)
  • Carousels (they solved automatization)

The personalization is great. Luigi's Box improved the customer experience with personalized search results. Our search can customize results based on previous customer interactions, browsing history, or purchases. This makes search results more accurate and leads customers to the products they want faster and more conveniently.

What needs improvement?

We'd like to see the following adjustments:

  • A focus on the client's products
  • Luigi's Box should gradually apply manual input to automation
  • Not all e-shops are the same, and they should differentiate more

Our products are really diverse. Not everything can be done automatically, and manual intervention is required. However, support will solve everything.

I'm looking forward to the product's AI implementation.

Luigi's Box should also focus on the possibility of finding out more information about the user before he comes to the website.

Otherwise, it's a nice product as it is, and I probably wouldn't make any major changes.

What is our primary use case?

We are a retail e-shop that sells furniture and home accessories. Luigi's Box has several uses here. We use this product as a search tool in our e-shop. Customers can search for the product they need through this tool. 

It has a smart search that corrects typos in texts and recommends similar products. We also have statistics from these customer searches that we can analyze and use to improve our business. We can also use the application to display and promote our current campaigns and events.

How has it helped my organization?

Luigi's Box has improved the shopping experience of our customers. Thanks to this product, our customers stay longer in our e-shop and do not leave it as quickly, as Lugis Box will help them find the product they need and are looking for. This increased our conversion rate and increased sales in the e-shop.

Also, thanks to the analytical data from this product, we can, for example, find out what potential products customers would like but could not find the given products in our e-shop. Based on these findings, we can then expand our offer to include these products.

What is most valuable?

The most useful feature of the Luigi's Box product is the extensive analytics. We can see in beautiful graphs what exactly visitors to our e-shop searched for. We see what searches they did when they couldn't find any product. And if we actually have the product, we can assign to it the keywords that the customer searched for when he did not find the product. This will ensure that in the future, when entering the same keywords, the customer will already find the product. If we don't actually have the product, then thanks to this information we can include it in our e-shop.

What needs improvement?

Luigi's Box does not need any major improvement. However, it could simplify the implementation on the website. The implementation process is ultimately more complex. The display of advertisements and current promotions could also be improved. The problem is that when I add a banner campaign, it takes a long time before it starts to appear in the product. Also, when the campaign ends, and I want to remove the advertising banner, it takes longer until the banner is actually removed from the search.

We had our own solution from the e-shop developer. However, it was not enough for us.

What is our primary use case?

We are an e-shop with furniture that we sell in several countries. This product is mainly used to search for products in our e-shop for our customers. 

However, it offers many other advantages. Luigi's Box also uses artificial intelligence to recommend suitable products for our customers to buy. It also provides us with excellent analytics, which allows us to find a lot of useful information, such as what our shortcomings are, what we could improve, and what, on the contrary, we are doing well.

How has it helped my organization?

We can recommend more relevant products to customers and find out which products could potentially be sold in our e-shop. 

The product can remove text typos; thanks to this, we can keep the customer in our e-shop longer. 

Thanks to search ads, we can better promote our advertising campaigns. However, it also has minor flaws that could be eliminated in the future. 

When setting up banner ads, it takes a long time for the banners to appear in the search window. Also, after removing ad banners, it takes a long time for them to be removed from the search window.

What is most valuable?

Thanks to Luigi's Box, we can keep customers in our e-shop, as it can search even with typos in the text and we can find out which products could potentially be sold thanks to the excellent analytics that this product provides us. 

In analytics, we can see what our visitors can't find with us, because we can look in history to see what products they wanted to search for and couldn't find. We can see the exact number of people who wanted to find something. 

Also, if we have the product but people were looking for it under a different name and couldn't find it, we will find out thanks to Luigi's Box and be able to fix it.

What needs improvement?

When setting up banner ads in the search window, it takes a long time for the banners to appear. Also, after removing the banner ads, it takes a long time for them to be removed from the search. 

The product really has no major flaws. Perhaps its user interface deserves a more modern and clear design, or a simpler implementation of the product on the e-shop would also be good. But these are just small things that do not interfere with the product's functionality at all.

I have not experienced any problems with stability. Everything always runs smoothly.
