What is our primary use case?
We are an e-shop with furniture that we sell in several countries. This product is mainly used to search for products in our e-shop for our customers.
However, it offers many other advantages. Luigi's Box also uses artificial intelligence to recommend suitable products for our customers to buy. It also provides us with excellent analytics, which allows us to find a lot of useful information, such as what our shortcomings are, what we could improve, and what, on the contrary, we are doing well.
How has it helped my organization?
We can recommend more relevant products to customers and find out which products could potentially be sold in our e-shop.
The product can remove text typos; thanks to this, we can keep the customer in our e-shop longer.
Thanks to search ads, we can better promote our advertising campaigns. However, it also has minor flaws that could be eliminated in the future.
When setting up banner ads, it takes a long time for the banners to appear in the search window. Also, after removing ad banners, it takes a long time for them to be removed from the search window.
What is most valuable?
Thanks to Luigi's Box, we can keep customers in our e-shop, as it can search even with typos in the text and we can find out which products could potentially be sold thanks to the excellent analytics that this product provides us.
In analytics, we can see what our visitors can't find with us, because we can look in history to see what products they wanted to search for and couldn't find. We can see the exact number of people who wanted to find something.
Also, if we have the product but people were looking for it under a different name and couldn't find it, we will find out thanks to Luigi's Box and be able to fix it.
What needs improvement?
When setting up banner ads in the search window, it takes a long time for the banners to appear. Also, after removing the banner ads, it takes a long time for them to be removed from the search.
The product really has no major flaws. Perhaps its user interface deserves a more modern and clear design, or a simpler implementation of the product on the e-shop would also be good. But these are just small things that do not interfere with the product's functionality at all.
