Has supported marketing decisions by providing insights into web performance
Something could be enhanced with Adobe Analytics regarding how granular the data is. The dashboards do not give a very complete overview of things. Heat maps is a feature which can be introduced to Adobe Analytics as it does not have it at the moment. This would be a very useful addition.
