Inexpensive and runs on commodity hardware, but beware of technical support

What is most valuable?

inexpensive for the amount of storage runs on commodity hardware

What needs improvement?

tech support is NOT good at all, even when buying the higher level support from them. You feel like you know more than the person you are speaking with.
