What is our primary use case?

The primary use case is for PowerVAC. The use case is mainly for ETL activity. I'm working in the commercial department of the company. We have a partnership with IBM.

What is most valuable?

Most of our customers like the ECUs and how easy it is to operate and use. There is a basic level of confidence when it comes to IBM products.

What needs improvement?

The biggest problem is the lack of documentation in general, and documentation in Spanish, in particular.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using this solution for three years.

I'm not involved with the initial setup but I believe it's somewhat complex and it takes time. We have system administrators who deal with the maintenance.
