I manage the quality management office at a very large telecoms service provider.

I've written a review of Micro Focus ALM, but I am looking into Zephyr now.

Does Zephyr have parameterized data driven capabilities?

I'm in automation of DevComponents.DotNetBar,  but my tool TestComplete doesn't support DevComponent and it doesn't access child objects.  I'm trying to access Ribbon, MenuBar, Dropdown etc.

Any input is highly appreciated.

What is preferred as test management tool -- IBM Rational Quality Manager or Zephyr Enterprise?
