I've been using Canvas LMS for eight years now.

In terms of stability, the platform has improved significantly over the years. Initially, there were occasional issues with page loading, but these have been largely resolved, providing a stable platform for educational use.

The product is scalable across different educational levels, from individual teachers to entire institutions, making it adaptable to varying educational needs and environments.

I haven't contacted the technical support team directly as there is ample online documentation and community support available.

I would recommend it to others and rate it an eight out of ten.

I used it as a college professor, but I'm not teaching it back to college anymore. I now use it in my doctorate program.

It's easy to follow. It flows well, and it's easy to use.

It would be good to be able to do teleconferencing within the LMS.

I've worked with other solutions such as Blackboard, Moodle, etc. Canvas LMS is better than others in terms of readability or the way it's laid out. The thing I like about it is that you can see all the responses on the fetching post at one time. You don't have to open them up individually. That's probably the biggest thing for me.

It's straightforward. It's easier than Blackboard.
