Regarding areas of Skillsoft that I would like to see improved or enhanced in the future, the platform is already very good and nice. If Skillsoft is launching its platform worldwide, they should be language specific. While I can understand English, if someone does not understand it, they should have tutors for their regions as well, so they can develop more certification programs in languages understood by the majority of people. I rate it a seven because they are missing two points: they do not have much market reach, and it should be more convenient in local languages of nations as they are approaching the worldwide area. Similar to how Netflix has multiple channel swapping options, if Skillsoft is training worldwide, they need to have the option for language selection.

Some of the best features that Udemy Business offers are low cost, latest content, and value for money. A wide range of instructors contribute courses. Learners have options to choose from. There are lots of fresh updates to the content. It serves tech and non-tech professionals very well. It is best for cross-functional capability building and is also user-intuitive for administrators. Out of those features such as low cost, latest content, wide range of instructors, and fresh updates, the low cost stands out the most for my team because it is very affordable, even for a small organization working on a tight budget. The updates on the latest courses are very good. We are able to learn new things every day. Udemy Business has positively impacted my organization by cutting costs by replacing expensive external training by 50%. It accelerates project delivery through fast, on-demand upskilling. It boosts confidence, capability, and long-term retention.
