Onboarding has become smoother and automation improves roles while a complex interface still slows work
Pros and Cons
  • "One Identity Manager has positively impacted my organization by making the onboarding a little bit smoother."
  • "The front end of One Identity Manager could be made much simpler, as I find it a little bit complex to navigate."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for One Identity Manager is that I basically work as a back-end engineer, so I'm working on it here and there.

A quick, specific example of how I use One Identity Manager in my role as a back-end engineer is that if I need to generate a report for the users and the entitlements associated with them, or whether to check that the employee is part of which organizational entity, or just the system entitlements.

I interact with One Identity Manager by viewing whatever organizational entity is there and whatever employees are there in the system. Everything is connected to the system, including Active Directory and everything associated with those systems.

What is most valuable?

In my experience, the best feature One Identity Manager offers is that it is highly customizable.

One Identity Manager has positively impacted my organization by making the onboarding a little bit smoother. We have automated the onboarding process; for example, when the user logs in for the first time, they are automatically given the roles that are according to their responsibilities.

The time it used to consume is lesser now because of automating onboarding.

What needs improvement?

The front end of One Identity Manager could be made much simpler, as I find it a little bit complex to navigate.

I chose seven because it works, so it is obviously more than the basic number, but it is not in the top range because it lacks the smoothness and the simplicity to use.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for almost four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In my experience, One Identity Manager is stable. There are downtimes, but it is a comparatively stable environment for us.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

One Identity Manager's scalability is good. It is handling the workload, but it is not as smooth as it is supposed to be, so I would rate it around seven on a scale of one to ten.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for One Identity Manager is great. We have priority support from them, so for us, the support is reliable.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used a different solution personally, but in my organization, this is the only product they have been using.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with the pricing, setup cost, and licensing for One Identity Manager is that it is much cheaper compared to its peers, although I did not work on the pricing to be very specific.

While I am not sure about the money part, the time is saved with One Identity Manager. For example, a person who was supposed to be requesting the roles manually, now we have automated that, and it saves a lot of time.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I am not sure about evaluating other options before choosing One Identity Manager because the organization has been using One Identity Manager for a long time, and it is so customized that it is complex to change.

What other advice do I have?

I would appreciate a short poem or haiku that will summarize my review. My review rating for One Identity Manager is seven out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Identity governance has empowered business owners and delivers compliant day-one access
Pros and Cons
  • "The customer support is excellent; it is the best customer service I have ever had with any product."
  • "The current version of the IT shop or the web portal is a little cumbersome, especially for non-technical users, and I think improving that and making it more user-friendly would be a huge leap for our end users."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Identity Manager by One Identity is account lifecycle, governance of groups, and attestations.

I onboard employees, give their birthright security groups, licensing, and then manage the offboarding as well.

What is most valuable?

The best features Identity Manager by One Identity offers include empowering the business owners to take control of the groups for access to their applications instead of having to open tickets with the help desk, and they can attest to it on a yearly or bi-yearly schedule to keep in compliance.

It has definitely improved efficiency, being able to let the business owners do it themselves instead of having to wait on a help desk ticket or another admin to do it, and in regards to compliance, we can prove that access was reviewed or we can prove when something was added and when things were removed.

Being able to reliably say that when a new employee comes on board for the first day, they have their account ready, and everything they need in regards to do their job with who they work for, what department they work for, is ready to go on day one, impacts my organization positively. This goes as well for students; when a student becomes a student, they get an email saying, 'Welcome to Western, you can start using your account.'

What needs improvement?

The current version of the IT shop or the web portal is a little cumbersome, especially for non-technical users, and I think improving that and making it more user-friendly would be a huge leap for our end users.

Making it easier to add members to business roles or making recommendations would be specific changes I would like to see.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Identity Manager by One Identity for 12 years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Identity Manager by One Identity is very scalable in regards to adding more features or being able to grow with us.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is excellent; it is the best customer service I have ever had with any product.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We did have a homegrown solution, which was PL/SQL, but there was still a lot of manual creation with employees, so we made that switch because it was manual and inefficient.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

It has been a while, but before choosing Identity Manager by One Identity, I believe we evaluated Fischer and Oracle.

What other advice do I have?

Less time onboarding is one metric I use to measure the impact of this improvement, and fewer tickets as well, along with being able to ensure that the employee has their account day one.

I think Identity Manager by One Identity's governance and security capabilities are very good, and I have no complaints about them.

The current version I am on does not have any AI; I have only seen the demos that have the AI integrated.

I would advise others looking into using Identity Manager by One Identity to ensure your data is clean and accurate because, just like any other product, bad data in, bad data out.

I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.

Governance has improved and complex approval workflows manage identity processes efficiently
Pros and Cons
  • "One Identity Manager is a complete governance tool, but its pricing remains reasonable when measured against other vendors."
  • "I find that the user experience and intuitiveness of One Identity Manager are quite confusing."

What is our primary use case?

My use cases for One Identity Manager are mainly related to JML processes, Joiner Mover Leaver processes, similar to other standard IAM systems. I see that since One Identity Manager provides an on-premises setup, it is selling more in the market compared to One Identity Manager cloud solution, which I observe is rarely used.

The use cases we see often require segregation of duties, especially within the SAP module, which One Identity Manager handles well, allowing for compliance rules and multi-step approval workflows for critical roles.

I did use it for managing SAP and had a good experience overall, but there were instances when roles did not get assigned and I had to troubleshoot rigorously. My experience was not completely flawless, especially during audits where certain roles were missing or were unexplainable.

Managing profiles in SAP is not an issue, but synchronization of derived roles has been problematic.

What is most valuable?

One Identity Manager includes a history database, but it lacks a proper dashboard for visibility, making it difficult during audits to determine who triggered role assignments or clarify issues.

As a practitioner, I see that One Identity Manager handles segregation of duties within the SAP module well, allowing for compliance rules and multi-step approval workflows.

One Identity Manager provides an on-premises setup, which is selling more in the market compared to One Identity Manager cloud solution.

One Identity Manager is a complete governance tool, but its pricing remains reasonable when measured against other vendors.

What needs improvement?

What I dislike most about One Identity Manager is the upgrade process. For instance, if I'm migrating from one version to another, I've experienced issues where old hotfixes break. Unlike Microsoft which smoothly integrates hotfixes, One Identity Manager requires me to redeploy older hotfixes even after applying a new upgrade. Another challenge is seeing many clients still using older versions that rely on the deprecated Web Designer. Migrating to the latest versions is complicated due to the complete overhaul required.

There is also a lack of clear communication or documentation from One Identity Manager regarding upgrades and deprecations, which complicates the process further.

I believe that One Identity Manager is not currently providing all-in-one capabilities effectively. It does have options for privileged account management and categorizing human identities, but it lacks visibility for non-human identities and CI/CD pipelines or cloud workloads.

I find that the user experience and intuitiveness of One Identity Manager are quite confusing. The navigation is not straightforward and requires assistance from someone experienced with the tool. Configuration settings are scattered across different areas, which complicates things and contributes to a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The documentation lacks clarity and thoroughness, making it difficult to follow procedures without proper guidance.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have worked on One Identity Manager since the year 2022.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I see technical challenges with the cloud version, the SaaS version, especially in a hybrid setup because I often encounter issues connecting to on-premises devices. It is often more stable to have a solution on-premises that can send data to the cloud.

How are customer service and support?

I have contacted technical support multiple times and found their emergency coverage reliable. They respond promptly for severity one issues. However, after an upgrade, without involving their paid support, resolving issues can proceed at a slow pace.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Negative

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Since the start of my career, I have worked in the identity and access management domain, with experience in various products from Microsoft to SailPoint and Saviynt.

How was the initial setup?

The initial deployment is not easy.

What about the implementation team?

It requires specialized knowledge. As a techno-manager, my team has engineers familiar with the tool due to extensive experience. However, training someone to deploy in a short time can be challenging as they often require support from SMEs who know the tool.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

When it comes to pricing, I find it relatively cheaper compared to competitors in the IGA space.

What other advice do I have?

There are pros and cons to One Identity Manager as a product. From a strategic partner perspective, there are always pros without cons. My team functions both as integrators and sellers, as we have our managed service, allowing us to sell it to our customers.

Identity governance has improved and automation reduces manual effort while investigations run faster
Pros and Cons
  • "Automating user provisioning and de-provisioning access through approval workflows has significantly reduced our manual efforts for identity administration, and in our experience, it has been nearly about 40 to 60% faster compared to the manual process."
  • "Some improvements are needed for Identity Manager by One Identity, such as the dashboards and the initial deployment and configurations, which can be complex when users are new."

What is our primary use case?

Identity Manager by One Identity helps us to assist with the organization's security postures while my primary focus is with security monitoring and incident response. Identity Manager by One Identity helps to centralize identity governance across the organization. It helps us to automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, enforce approval workflows, and ensures users have the appropriate access based on their job roles. It helps us to manage our RBAC controls, primarily reducing excessive privileges, dormant account risk, and unauthorized access risk.

A specific example of how I use Identity Manager by One Identity in my day-to-day work involves utilizing this product with workflow automation. As a security analyst, a common use case is the investigation of suspicious user activities and unusual logins coming from the manager. I am able to quickly verify the identity review and assist with roles as well. These use cases help us to follow the approval workflows with proper governance before sensitive access is granted.

What is most valuable?

The best features Identity Manager by One Identity offers that are most valuable and useful for us are the automated user provisioning and de-provisioning, which reduces our manual efforts and ensures timely access changes. It also has role-based access controls that allow access to be assigned consistently based on business rules. Additionally, the approval workflows provide proper governance before privileged access is granted.

Identity Manager by One Identity has positively impacted my organization by helping us with automation workflows and evaluating the solutions as well in terms of improved governance by reducing manual account management. It ensures timely removal of user access while offboarding and lowers the risk of unauthorized access.

Our security has improved with Identity Manager by One Identity, as we are forwarding logs to our SIEM platform, which helps detect anomalies, unusual logins, and outside-hour logins, and handles all governance and audit-related activities via the SIEM tool. It helps us to correlate logs with other security devices, which helps identify the source users and the reasons behind unusual activities or suspicious attempts.

What needs improvement?

I have not found any major issues, but I think the administrative interface could be more modern and intuitive, making it easier for new administrators who are new to this platform to manage their day-to-day tasks. The initial deployment process can be complex for new employees, and this can be improved.

Some improvements are needed for Identity Manager by One Identity, such as the dashboards and the initial deployment and configurations, which can be complex when users are new. Configuring automation workflows or reports often requires specialized knowledge about this tool. Simplifying the deployment and modernizing the UI can be helpful for out-of-the-box integrations.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Identity Manager by One Identity for almost six to seven months now since we started using this product.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Identity Manager by One Identity is quite stable for the employees we have onboarded to this platform.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Identity Manager by One Identity has been scalable. We started initially with 50 employees, and then we moved to scale the entire organization, and all employees have been onboarded successfully.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Identity Manager by One Identity has been good; the SOPs provided by the support vendor have been timely in resolving our issues and cases.

What was our ROI?

We have been seeing a return on investment with Identity Manager by One Identity, and it has been positive primarily through improved operational efficiency with secure and improved security governance rather than direct cost savings. Automating user provisioning and de-provisioning access through approval workflows has significantly reduced our manual efforts for identity administration. In our experience, it has been nearly about 40 to 60% faster compared to the manual process.

What other advice do I have?

The advice I would give to others looking into using Identity Manager by One Identity is that you can definitely go with this product, as it has the best features in the market, such as automation of workflows, privilege access management assigned consistently based on business roles, comprehensive audit logs, simplified investigation, compliance forwarding, reporting, and SIEM support. I would recommend this product to customers. I would rate this product 5 out of 5 stars based on my overall experience.

Automated identity workflows have reduced manual provisioning and improve access compliance
Pros and Cons
  • "One Identity Manager is a powerful and reliable identity governance solution suitable for large enterprise environments, offering strong automation, security, and compliance features that help streamline access management and, once properly implemented, deliver long-term value and improved overall operational efficiency."
  • "The initial setup and configuration are quite complex and time-consuming, especially for large environments, and the user interface could be improved to be more user-friendly."

What is our primary use case?

One Identity Manager serves as a robust and comprehensive identity governance and administration solution, providing centralized control over user identities, access rights, and compliance management across the organization.

I use One Identity Manager to manage user identity and access across multiple systems, which helps automate user provisioning and reduce manual work. The RBAC feature is very useful for controlling access and maintaining compliance, and the strong reporting and auditing features help during audits. However, the initial setup is somewhat complex and requires skilled resources.

Overall, it is a stable and reliable solution for identity and access management. In our organization, One Identity Manager automates the user lifecycle management process. Whenever a new employee joins, their account is automatically created in Active Directory and other connected systems based on their role. We have implemented role-based access control to ensure that they receive appropriate access depending on their department and job function, which reduces manual error and improves security.

What is most valuable?

The best features One Identity Manager offers include automated user lifecycle management, role-based access control, centralized identity management, strong audit and compliance support, integration with multiple systems, and AI-driven security and risk insight.

What needs improvement?

One Identity Manager sometimes generates false-positive policy violations, especially in a complex RBAC environment where multiple roles and inheritance rules apply. There are cases where it flags excessive or conflicting access, even though the access is valid based on the requirement, usually due to role overlaps or misconfigured policies.

One Identity Manager is a strong solution, but several areas require improvement. The initial setup and configuration are quite complex and time-consuming, especially for large environments, and the user interface could be improved to be more user-friendly. The current interface is difficult for new users to navigate, and troubleshooting issues such as synchronization or policy conflicts sometimes require deep technical knowledge.

Additionally, the system can generate false-positives in access violations, requiring manual tuning and validation. Performance could also be improved when handling large datasets or running heavy reports.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for five years and have been using One Identity Manager for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

One Identity Manager is stable in my experience. Our experience with One Identity Manager has been stable and reliable, performing well in daily operations such as user provisioning, synchronization, and access management. We have not faced any major downtime; however, issues can occasionally occur during heavy workloads or large synchronization jobs. Overall, with proper configuration and maintenance, the platform remains stable in an enterprise environment.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support for One Identity Manager is generally good and responsive, providing quick responses for troubleshooting issues and resolving queries. For complex issues, response time can sometimes take longer, but the support team is knowledgeable and effective, with proper documentation and experienced resources, which helps in faster issue resolution.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have not used a previous solution before One Identity Manager.

How was the initial setup?

One Identity Manager is a powerful solution for identity governance, especially in large enterprise environments, improving security by ensuring proper access control and reducing manual efforts. My environment consists of almost five thousand users using LDAP security. However, proper planning is very important before implementation since the initial setup and customization can be complex, so having skilled resources or vendor support is recommended. Once implemented correctly, it provides good stability, scalability, and long-term benefits for managing identities and compliance.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing One Identity Manager, we evaluated other solutions such as SailPoint Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta. These solutions also provide strong identity features compared to One Identity Manager, but we selected One Identity Manager due to its strong customization capabilities, flexible integrations with multiple systems, and powerful on-premise support.

What other advice do I have?

In our experience, One Identity Manager sometimes generates false-positive policy violations, especially in a complex RBAC environment where multiple roles and inheritance rules apply. There are cases where it flags excessive or conflicting access, even though the access is valid based on the requirement, usually due to role overlaps or misconfigured policies.

One Identity Manager is a powerful and reliable identity governance solution suitable for large enterprise environments. It offers strong automation, security, and compliance features that help streamline access management. While the initial setup can be complex, once properly implemented, it delivers long-term value and improves overall operational efficiency.

I would rate this product nine out of ten.

Automation has transformed user lifecycle management and delivers precise, compliant access control
Pros and Cons
  • "Implementing One Identity Manager has completely eliminated the manual process, indirectly saving our organization's money and providing a clear return on investment through significantly reducing manual efforts for business reports and saving considerable time for the quality team."
  • "The initial setup could be improved to reduce the complexity."

What is our primary use case?

One Identity Manager is used to manage the user lifecycle and control access for applications. We specify which users are allowed to access particular applications at specific times, and the system enables us to control all of these elements based on our requirements.

During employee onboarding, employee details are automatically pulled from the HR system into One Identity Manager. Based on their role and department, the system automatically creates their account and assigns the required access such as Gmail access, applications, or any other necessary access. The system creates access automatically and sends it for approval if needed.

What is most valuable?

One Identity Manager offers strong access control, support for automation with good audit visibility, and performance that functions well within our enterprise environment.

Automation has significantly reduced our manual tasks. This automation substantially lowers human errors, allowing us to save considerable time.

One Identity Manager has positively impacted our organization by improving security since users receive only the access they need while also providing proper access controls. It increases efficiency by automating user onboarding and offboarding, saving our resources' time while reducing human errors and speeding up the employee onboarding process.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The setup cost and licensing were straightforward, with excellent support. There were no issues with pricing, setup cost, or licensing.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We have not evaluated other options before choosing One Identity Manager.

What other advice do I have?

Automation has significantly reduced our manual tasks, and this automation substantially lowers human errors, allowing us to save considerable time. One Identity Manager works properly in our organization, and there is no requirement to improve or add any features as it is functioning well for us.

My advice for others looking into using One Identity Manager is that anyone planning to deploy it should have skilled resources for proper implementation. They should focus on clear role-based access from the beginning to avoid over-personalization with the right plan and setup. I would rate this solution a 9 out of 10.

Efficient user role provisioning and deprovisioning through custom workflows
Pros and Cons
  • "The best features of One Identity Manager are the synchronization project, the mapping, onboarding using CSV, and the designer tool which allows us to write our own custom workflows."
  • "They should publish more development documents to help users of One Identity Manager, as there are limited resources available."

What is our primary use case?

My use case with One Identity Manager is both access management and identity management. The main tasks I perform involve solving issues when users receive roles but cannot access applications. During these situations, I debug within One Identity Manager to find and resolve the issues according to required actions. This is my daily use case.

What is most valuable?

The best features of One Identity Manager are the synchronization project, the mapping, onboarding using CSV, and the designer tool which allows us to write our own custom workflows.

Once it's set up, One Identity Manager helps with provisioning and continues to work effectively. When anyone leaves the organization, they can be un-provisioned, and all access is removed instantly.

What needs improvement?

The UI of One Identity Manager is adequate, but there is room for improvement. They should publish more development documents to help users of One Identity Manager, as there are limited resources available.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using One Identity Manager for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of One Identity Manager is good.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I don't have extensive experience comparing One Identity Manager with other market solutions, but I have heard about SailPoint, which has its own advantages and disadvantages. For large organizations, One Identity Manager is more scalable and secure.

We have 8,000 people.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support for One Identity Manager rates a seven out of ten, which is average. When we raise tickets, they are directed to the respective team for response. We have two support connections from One Identity Manager itself and the partner, allowing direct communication. Issues are typically resolved within 24 hours through the ticket system.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Neutral

What other advice do I have?

While I didn't work with SAP, I worked with Segregation of Duties (SoD) in One Identity Manager. It is flexible, and customization is neither particularly easy nor difficult. There are certain theories and concepts to keep in mind for successful customization.

I use the business roles in One Identity Manager, which is essentially the RBAC (role-based access system), and for the target system, we use the FRIC business role. Though I haven't used One Identity Manager to extend governance to cloud apps yet, I would if given the opportunity.

For production management, we have the packager tool, which allows setup of various environments including development, test, ultra-test, and production. We can export from lower environments and import into production using the packager tool.

I would rate One Identity Manager a nine out of ten.

Automated identity workflows have replaced manual access tasks and improve audit readiness
Pros and Cons
  • "One Identity Manager automates user provisioning and de-provisioning, enables a faster employee onboarding process, reduces manual work for IT teams, and provides better visibility of who has access and what kind of access each user has."
  • "Initial deployments are complex and require proper planning."

What is our primary use case?

One Identity Manager is used for centralized user identity and access management, privileged account management, access governance, compliance, and auditing purposes.

In one of our projects, One Identity Manager is used for centralized identity and access management across the organization. Earlier, user account creation, access approvals, and deactivations were handled manually, which was time-consuming and prone to human error. The complete user lifecycle process has been automated using One Identity Manager. Whenever a new employee joins, the system automatically creates the account and assigns the required access based on the department or designation. One Identity Manager has also been integrated with Microsoft Active Directory. If a user belongs to the finance department, for example, they automatically receive access only to finance-related applications. This is the main benefit to the organization from using One Identity Manager.

What is most valuable?

One Identity Manager automates user provisioning and de-provisioning, enables a faster employee onboarding process, and reduces manual work for IT teams. One Identity Manager provides better visibility of who has access and what kind of access the user has.

There is a central dashboard to see all the users and their access. The IT team can easily identify who has access to which application and which user has been using which server and for how much time. One Identity Manager tracks all user login activities and access changes, helping to detect unauthorized or excessive permissions.

One Identity Manager is a significant time saver since it is an automated process and manual work is not being done. It improves security by giving users only the required access. One Identity Manager provides centralized monitoring and reporting of user activities. It is a scalable solution for larger organizations. If there are thousands of users, manually creating a domain and assigning users would be a very large process. Using One Identity Manager helps the organization do this automatically.

What needs improvement?

Initial deployments are complex and require proper planning. Role mapping needs to be done very carefully. Integration with legacy applications takes more time and these areas could be improved.

Integrations do not always happen properly, and the same process often needs to be repeated. More features could be added. For example, AI is not fully implemented, so AI could be properly integrated into One Identity Manager.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in presales for the last two years, and prior to that, I was in post-sales for the last 3.5 years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Instead of having two engineers for this, we can have just one engineer. One Identity Manager is highly scalable.

How are customer service and support?

Customer service is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have not used a different solution. One Identity Manager is the first solution I have implemented.

What other advice do I have?

Manual processes are time-consuming, so I recommend that others use One Identity Manager as it saves a lot of time. Errors that are made by humans will probably not happen when using One Identity Manager.

One Identity Manager was deployed in one of our customer's environments six to seven months ago.

For auditing purposes, reports are easily obtained through One Identity Manager. Manually, reports would need to be fetched from each system individually. Using One Identity Manager, all necessary reports for auditing purposes are automatically generated.

One Identity Manager's licensing plan is good for the features that are needed. I rated it an eight because the features are good for the license.

I have not evaluated alternate solutions. I rate this review an eight overall.

Automation has transformed user lifecycle management and now streamlines secure role-based access
    Pros and Cons
    • "I have seen a great return on investment with One Identity Manager, especially in terms of time-saving and reduced manual efforts, saving 70 to 80% of time compared to previous methods and allowing for almost 90% faster access removal or granting, making it a great solution for my environment."

What is our primary use case?

As an engineer, I primarily use One Identity Manager for user lifecycle management and access governance, which helps me to automate onboarding users or employees, role changes, and offboarding. This is the primary use case, and additionally, I am using it for access requests and approvals, ensuring controlled access through a portal where user requests go through an approval process. My use case also involves role-based access control, where access is assigned based on job roles, with automated features that eliminate the need for manual effort. Furthermore, HR system integration acts as a source of information, allowing user data to sync automatically and maintain accurate data across the organization while providing a compliance and audit-ready environment.

Whenever any new employee or user joins my organization, their account is automatically created in the system and access is granted based on their roles and responsibilities, which really helps me to reduce the manual efforts of the IT team. If they require any change in the department, access is automatically granted or updated.

      What is most valuable?

Instead of assigning access manually, I create roles based on departments, such as finance, IT, or HR, each with predefined access. Every user in the same role receives consistent access, independent of manual decisions, saving a significant amount of time for my IT team, with automated provisioning resulting in over a 70% reduction in provisioning efforts and faster onboarding of employees.

One Identity Manager has positively impacted my organization by saving my IT team a huge amount of time, allowing them to concentrate on other critical tasks and increasing their productivity, resulting in a notable reduction in onboarding and offboarding time. This improvement eliminates the need for manual work for the IT team and enhances my security posture.
