    My main use case for Mindtickle is for an onboarding session, specifically to train on how to sell Bluebeam Max as a reseller, which is being released soon.

    What is most valuable?

    In my experience, the best features Mindtickle offers are the intuitive videos and the simple, understandable content delivery, which make the onboarding process easier and enhance product understanding.

    The videos were quite intuitive with captions so that if you miss anything, you can read along the way. They were also interactive and featured animated elements, making them interesting to use and learn.

    Mindtickle has positively impacted our organization by enabling us to get certified to resell Bluebeam Max, which is coming up soon, and it made the onboarding process easier and faster, thereby reducing the time spent on onboarding.

    What needs improvement?

    I believe there is always room for improvement with Mindtickle, and it could be enhanced by incorporating other languages for people like me, originally from Africa, who do not fully understand English to help the native larger African audience.

    While learning more about Bluebeam, the content was well elaborated, making it easy to learn and understand.

    I have not previously used a different solution for onboarding or training as we are resellers for global training for AEC software, and while they are the same fields, it is not really a comparison with Mindtickle since they are different platforms for different needs.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    I cannot talk about the pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Mindtickle since ours is offered by Bluebeam, the company, so I do not know how much it costs.

    What other advice do I have?

    After using Mindtickle, the onboarding session took less than thirty minutes to understand the product. Since we have used Bluebeam before, it was easier to incorporate the new features, so roughly, within one hour, we are able to sell Bluebeam Max at most. I would rate this experience a nine out of ten.

    I use Mindtickle for training and onboarding materials, primarily for product support and operations. I use it to go through enablement content and product-related learning modules, certifications, and team updates. My primary use case for Mindtickle is product enablement and continuous learning through certification. Employment training, learning modules, and accessing internal knowledge sources during daily work activities have been my main purposes over the last two and a half years.

    I used Mindtickle for product enablement during onboarding, where our team had multiple learning modules and knowledge resources spread across different topics. Mindtickle helped organize everything in one place. I used it regularly to complete training paths and to revisit specific modules whenever needed during work with product updates. It improved the learning process because progress tracking, quizzes, and structured content made it easier to retain information and stay aligned with team expectations. It also reduced the time spent searching for resources.

    One of the best features of Mindtickle in my experience was the structured learning and training management, as the platform made it easy to access modules, track progress, and revisit content whenever needed. I appreciate the quiz and assessment features because they help to reinforce learning instead of passively going through the content. The reminders and organized learning paths were useful for staying on track with assigned training, and what stood out the most for me was how everything was centralized in one place, making onboarding and ongoing learning much more convenient and efficient during day-to-day work.

    The feature that has had the biggest impact on my workflow is the centralized learning and progress tracking. Before using Mindtickle, training materials and updates were usually shared across different documents in emails, Google Docs, or PDFs, making information harder to track or revisit because the formats and platforms were different. With Mindtickle, everything is organized in one place, making it much easier to access training modules, complete assignments, and monitor progress. It also helps save time because I can quickly go back to specific resources whenever needed instead of searching through multiple resources on various platforms. The overall experience is more structured, consistent, and efficient compared to how things were managed earlier.

    Mindtickle positively impacts my organization, particularly in onboarding and knowledge accessibility. Since training materials, learning modules, and updates are centralized, it has become easier for employees to learn at a consistent pace and quickly find relevant information whenever they need it. I appreciate that it is simple to revisit previous modules whenever a quick refresher is needed, and from my experience, it helps create a more consistent learning process across the team compared to relying on scattered resources or manual follow-ups.

    Although I cannot recall the exact metrics right now, I have noticed improvements in onboarding efficiency and training completion consistency after using Mindtickle. New team members are able to access structured learning paths and required resources more easily, which seems to reduce the dependency on constant manual guidance. I also observe better visibility into training progress through completion rates and assessments, which help ensure learning tasks are completed on time. From a day-to-day perspective, it feels like employees can ramp up faster and revisit important content whenever needed, supporting better knowledge retention and overall performance consistency. This has been positive for me and for my last organization.

At times, finding specific older content or moving through a larger volume of training materials could feel less streamlined, but the overall experience remains positive, adding clear value to my day-to-day learning enablement activities.

    In my organization, I access Mindtickle as a cloud-based platform through the web application for training and enablement activities. It is deployed in a centralized cloud environment that employees can securely access across teams and locations. I speak mainly from the user experience perspective rather than the technical deployment architecture.

    For hosting Mindtickle in my organization, Google is the cloud provider. Google appears to be the standard cloud host deployment accessible through the web across teams and locations. Microsoft is the platform we use for Teams, apart from Google for other projects.

    My advice to others looking to use Mindtickle is that it is a structured and centralized approach for training, onboarding, and enablement. It is especially useful for teams that need a consistent way to manage learning content and track progress. I recommend spending time organizing the learning path and content structure properly from the beginning, as it makes the platform much more efficient for end users.

    Our company has a relationship with Mindtickle primarily as a customer and end user of the platform for training and enablement processes. I am not certain about any partnership or reseller arrangements, as I am not from the business team.

    Everything is working well, with a few suggestions regarding personalization and centralization to find older files more easily. Overall, it is a very good product. I rate Mindtickle an eight out of ten.

    My main use case for Mindtickle is for learning experiences and uploading trainings. A specific example of how I use it for training or learning experiences is that we would put the SCORM files from our learning into Mindtickle, and that's where our teams would go through the trainings and get their participation points.

    The best features Mindtickle offers, in my opinion, are the ability to send out reminders to the teams on the trainings that we were creating, and it was also really easy to upload the trainings and add in knowledge texts. The reminder feature helped our team stay on track with trainings because the uploading made our jobs easier; it was just super simple and straightforward. Mindtickle has positively impacted our organization by helping us keep things organized, especially from a learning perspective, since we had our content management system in a different system, but the learning portion of it was helpful in that it allowed us a single place to keep all of our learning materials.

    What needs improvement?

    I think Mindtickle can be improved because there was a lot of functionality missing in terms of tracking, and our teams had a lot of difficulty when it came time to resetting learners in their learning experiences. For their trainings, if we had to reset them to start over, sometimes their progress would be missed and that was a frustration on our learners. There were a lot of capabilities that we didn't have the ability to do; we wanted to be able to create trainings directly in Mindtickle, and we just didn't have that capability.

    I have been working in my current field for five years.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    Regarding Mindtickle's AI capabilities, we actually switched from Mindtickle over to Seismic, so we didn't use any of their AI. I don't have any thoughts on Mindtickle's AI accuracy and reliability of output because that was not something we used either.

    What other advice do I have?

    Mindtickle was deployed in our organization as a private cloud; we used it internally for our internal teams, and we didn't have anybody outside of our internal teams on it because we used it as a learning platform for our sales enablement teams, but we don't currently use Mindtickle anymore. I'm not certain which cloud provider we used for the private cloud deployment. I think it was Mindtickle that provided the cloud hosting.

    My advice to others looking into using Mindtickle is that many of the new capabilities are something to look into; from a learning platform experience, it was good, but we wanted something more holistic, and I think Mindtickle is jumping into that, so I would just say to keep an eye on Mindtickle since I know they're expanding. I would rate my overall experience with Mindtickle a 6 out of 10.

    What is our primary use case?

    Mindtickle is our primary sales enablement technology, and day-to-day we conduct training programs. My role as the platform owner involves owning the execution and creation of all kinds of training content, which could be recorded sessions or more experiential learning, assessments, certifications, as well as various parts of the suite. Digital Sales Rooms are part of my role to manage, oversee, and create content for those, along with Call AI, which we use heavily as our conversational intelligence. We are also about to use Deal Guides, which provide hyper-personalized deal-level guidance.

    Call AI fits into my workflow as both a coaching and insight layer across the sales organization. On the coaching side, it helps managers and enablement teams scale feedback much more effectively. Rather than relying only on live call shadowing, we can review conversation patterns, objection handling, discovery quality, and messaging consistency across a much broader set of calls. We also use it to identify recurring themes in the field, such as common objections, competitive mentions, or areas where sellers struggle in discovery or positioning. Operationally, it became very useful for onboarding new reps, reinforcing sales methodology, identifying coaching opportunities, and helping managers prioritize where to spend coaching time. From the sellers and presales perspective, it is a fantastic way to save time and help them follow up easier and better, and also draw from intelligence over multiple calls, getting deeper insights on a self-coaching level.

    Digital Sales Rooms stand out to me as quite transformative, not just for improving communication between buyers and sellers, but also for tracking what assets are viewed and not viewed and how they impact closed deals and lost deals.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Mindtickle offers in my opinion are not just features but also the staff. They are a fantastic company to work for, and their CSMs are some of the best I have ever worked with. They feel like genuine partners, increasingly referred to as client partners. They provide great strategic insight and really help us maximize the platform. Additionally, I love how comprehensive it is, as you really do not need any other enablement technology, and they are very innovative, always coming out with fantastic new features while genuinely listening to their customers to guide the direction.

    Mindtickle has had a very positive impact across several areas of the organization, particularly around consistency, scalability, and visibility into enablement effectiveness. One of the biggest improvements is creating a more structured and repeatable learning experience globally. Prior to that, there was a lot of regional working depending on a particular manager or coach, and Mindtickle helped create centralized learning paths, certification, and reinforcement in a much more scalable way. AI Role-plays, which I should have mentioned before, are especially impactful as they allow reps to practice realistic customer conversations in a safe environment while providing managers with much better visibility into coaching opportunities without the need to manually review every interaction. This also removes any potential bias from the managers, improving both coaching efficiency and seller confidence. We also saw strong engagement when learning was closely tied to real seller workflows and certifications, with practical exercises and manager reinforcement driving much stronger adoption than passive training. The analytics and reporting were invaluable as they provided much clearer insight into participation, skill progression, and areas where teams were struggling. More broadly, I think the platform shifted enablement from being viewed merely as content delivery towards something more measurable, interactive, and behavior-focused.

    What needs improvement?

    I think the ability to create very sophisticated SCORM-based learning experiences is something that Mindtickle currently lacks, as we use Articulate Rise for our high-level productions. Therefore, I believe they have some work to do in that respect, and also allowing for more bulk actions as an admin would be fantastic.

    I would like to see a little more visibility directly on things such as click rates on different parts of the page, which I think would be really powerful, along with a bit of automated auditing of content.

    I have been using Mindtickle since I joined Click in October 2024.

    In my experience, Mindtickle is stable. It is not 100% working all the time, but it is extremely stable.

    My advice for others looking to use Mindtickle is to build the foundations first. The content has to be good from the source, and less is more. Start with the most important things, and do not try to get everyone to do everything at once.

    Without using any of their competitors, Mindtickle is a really great option, whether for hundreds of people, even thousands, or just a small team; there is a lot of value to be gained here, and it is only getting better. I would rate this review a 9 out of 10.

    My main use case for Mindtickle is to host our learning content, as we create training materials for our clients, using Mindtickle as our LMS. We create series, modules, on-demand modules, hands-on exercises, mission modules, and assessment modules, and we rely on Mindtickle data for analytics and tracking purposes.

    A specific example of how I use Mindtickle for one of my training programs is that we recently created two flagship programs on Mindtickle, including a certification program where people can enroll in product-specific courses. We update these modules for each release in video or SCORM format and use hands-on exercises uploaded in Mindtickle that users perform in a dedicated sandbox, uploading screenshots in a mission module. We also use Mindtickle for sales training where users demonstrate a recording and upload it in Mindtickle.

    What is most valuable?

    One unique way my team leverages Mindtickle is through its helpful analytics for tracking learner progress, extracting Mindtickle data for analytics purposes, and using the Copilot feature, which assists in content creation, searching for information, and reviewing mission modules while providing feedback to learners. Copilot also helps in creating assessments, making all these features very helpful.

    The best features Mindtickle offers, and my favorites, include the Copilot feature for content creation and the advanced report analytics feature recently introduced, allowing us to customize reports in various ways and quickly adapt to recent market trends. Mindtickle consistently provides new features at a fast pace.

    Using Copilot has changed my team's workflow by allowing us to create assessment questions more efficiently compared to the manual process. Copilot provides good questions and answers that we modify, points users to the right module when searching content, and acts as a reviewer for mission modules, saving us time in the review process. The advanced reports now allow us to generate multiple data points more conveniently; for example, we have generated a progress report for our new series using multiple module types.

    Mindtickle has positively impacted my organization by serving as our primary LMS and helping our clients host and consume content and track user attendance in scheduled sessions through ILTs, ultimately benefiting our training and enablement efforts while ensuring that people complete their training and certification.

    Specific outcomes that show Mindtickle's positive impact include an eighty percent certification rate in our courses after introducing Mindtickle, as well as the ability to generate daily analytics reports, which improve completion percentages, and the time saved with the ILT feature, compared to our previous method of sending Google calendar invites.

    Mindtickle can be improved in the customization of email templates, as current limitations in the automation rules prevent better customization, and enhancing the Copilot feature to generate content more effectively would also be beneficial.

    In addition to the previous points, I would add that the assessments and re-attempts process is currently manual, so automating those processes would be advantageous. Further automation capabilities in Mindtickle would be helpful for more date-based invitations to modules.

    In terms of scalability, Mindtickle shows tremendous capability, as they are expanding their operations and features quickly, introducing AI and ML features at a fast pace that aligns with changing market trends.

    The customer support of Mindtickle is tremendous, as we have bi-weekly sessions with the customer success manager where we raise our requests and enhancements, and they promptly connect with the concerned team. There is also a chat option for learners and admins that provides instant answers. Email support is also quick and responsive.

    Before choosing Mindtickle, I evaluated Vidya software, but I only tried a demo and did not use it extensively.

    We have been using Mindtickle from the beginning; although we tried another software called Vidya, we chose Mindtickle from the start.

    Regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing, I find Mindtickle to be a very budgeted LMS compared to its competitors and affordable, although I have limited knowledge to fully answer this question.

          What is our primary use case?

          My main use case for Mindtickle is as a learning management system. I personally do not manage or create any content, but our enablement team uploads training sessions in Mindtickle when they want to enable the CS team with certain changes and processes. We in CS complete the training sessions, which are very intuitive in Mindtickle.

          What is most valuable?

          In my opinion, the best features Mindtickle offers are the quiz and the requirement that it does not let you skip past a certain timeline without reviewing the video completely. It requires you to completely watch the video before marking the training session as completed.

          In terms of accountability, I think there is no room for proxy here. The quiz is something I look forward to in order to test my knowledge. After completing a program, I take a quick quiz to understand where I am standing. These features, coupled together, are really intuitive and interactive.

          I think everyone is getting greatly benefited from Mindtickle. In the organization I worked in the past, the enablement team's go-to resource would be Mindtickle.

          What needs improvement?

          I have no comments regarding how Mindtickle can be improved.

          For how long have I used the solution?

          I have been using Mindtickle for more than three years.

          What other advice do I have?

          As I am an individual contributor, I will not be able to comment on any specific outcomes or changes related to team performance, onboarding speed, or knowledge retention after using Mindtickle. It would be great if you can touch with some of the CS leadership folks.

          I gave Mindtickle a rating of seven out of ten. I would not say that it is the very best learning management system, but it does its work overall very well.

          I am unsure about Mindtickle's AI capabilities regarding its governance and security. I am unsure about Mindtickle's AI capabilities, but I think it transcribes whatever is given. For example, if I have been given an assignment, it transcribes the entire conversation and tries to see if it matches the keywords as required by the person who assigned it. If there is an assignment, you as a reviewer should upload a document or a transcript which might have all possible scripts and keywords based on which it checks how you performed based on transcribing, and it will give you results. That is my understanding, though I am not sure if this is helpful.
