Additionally, greater customization flexibility would be beneficial. While the platform supports configuration, more control over workflow, scoring logic, and UI elements would help organizations tailor the system more closely to their specific needs. Another potential improvement area is reporting customization. While the analytics are strong, enabling more flexibility, user-defined reports, and easier data extraction would enhance its usefulness for stakeholders who require specific insights.
Another improvement I would like to highlight is the documentation and onboarding resources.
