What is our primary use case?

It provides a dashboard. You can adjust the signature of the drives to prioritize certain servers over others.

It gives the ease of management for a small IT department.

What needs improvement?

There could be an easier way to see which servers are on each node. It shows you a small graphical interface, but you have to see them all, and you have to really struggle to figure out which nodes are on which interface.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Scale Computing HC3 for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We haven't had any issues. Stability has been great for the last three years.

We've already had to add another node, and adding nodes to scale was simple.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is straightforward. It took less than a week to get all the servers we needed to move over. A server engineer did it.

I rate the initial setup a nine out of ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy.

What was our ROI?

Whenever we need to create a new VM, it only takes a few minutes. I can quickly spin up a new VM from a template, making the process highly efficient.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It fit our budget, so it was great.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten because it is stable and very easy to use.
