A tool useful for data integration and data migration from databases
Pros and Cons
  • "It is a scalable solution."
  • "SnapLogic doesn't provide any on-premises software, so users have only cloud-based software to use."

What is our primary use case?

SnapLogic and Pentaho are tools I use collaboratively for data integration. I have good experience with Pentaho and SnapLogic for data migration from one database to another database.

The main use cases of the tool are for data integration and migration from databases.

In most of the use cases, my company uses SnapLogic for the migration of flat files to S3 and other databases. If my company gets flat files, like CSV, PostgreSQL, and XML files, from our clients, what we do is based on some of the business logic and the implementation they send to us. For my company to apply some business logic and implement it on top of the flat files, we will transfer the file using transform logic, after which we will migrate the data into the database, like Oracle or PostgreSQL.

What is most valuable?

There are features like CSV Parser, XML Parser, File Writer Snap, and File Reader that we use in our company with the separate functionalities provided by SnapLogic, which helps us to apply transform logic and migrate data.

What needs improvement?

My company has a licensed version of SnapLogic, so we have to pay for the product when we use it in our organization. Pentaho and Talend are ETL tools that allow my company to migrate the data within a fraction of a second using open-source products, not the paid version. In SnapLogic, my company uses the product's paid version, so we have to pay for license charges.

When compared with other tools, SnapLogic needs to be given a trial version or made available as an open-source product for simple migrations, which can be helpful for many users. In Talend and Pentaho, users can migrate data by just installing the software. I just installed the UI. SnapLogic doesn't provide any on-premises software, so users have only cloud-based software to use. Just giving the email address and creating a password is enough to configure SnapLogic. Tools like Talend and Pentaho need their users to indulge in manual installation since both tools fall under the on-premises software category. That is what is actually called on-premises software. It would be great if SnapLogic office separated software to manage small migrations.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have two years of experience in ETL tools, including SnapLogic. My company has a direct partnership with SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform. My company has maintained an individual partnership with SnapLogic, specifically for Cloudplex, so we can connect with cloud services like AWS and Azure. My company has a separate partnership for SnapLogic Cloudplex so that we can connect with Snowflake and cloud services like AWS or Azure.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable solution. There are no glitches in the product. It is an easy tool to use. Users don't need to have separate knowledge to learn about the product.

With SnapLogic, users can find any errors and glitches. Once users find out the issues in the product, then they can solve the problems within the tool, which is a straightforward process.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution.

Around seven to eight employees in our company use the solution.

How was the initial setup?

For the installation part, if you have separate software within SnapLogic and you are able to download the tool from the cloud, it will be best.

One person can manage the product's deployment phase.

The solution can be deployed in five to ten minutes.

What about the implementation team?

The product's deployment phase was taken care of by the in-house team.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

SnapLogic's price is high compared to the other tools available in the market.

What other advice do I have?

My company can suggest Talend or Pentaho for the banking domain since both are open-source tools. But in SnapLogic, there is a security process, and we also have a different authentication process. For banking domain and health insurance, my company suggests SnapLogic. My company usually makes suggestions to others based on the requirements.

I recommend the product to security teams.

I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.

Plug-and-play, works for both small and complex use cases, and has a responsive technical support
Pros and Cons
  • "What I found most valuable in SnapLogic is the ETL feature, particularly the Transform Snap Pack, for example, any kind of reading or writing on Transform Snaps. Other than that, all the third-party connectivity tools such as the SAP Snap Pack, Salesforce Snap Pack, Workday Snap Pack, even the ServiceNow Snap Pack, I find all those are pretty useful in SnapLogic."
  • "One area for improvement in SnapLogic is the transparency in the flow of data. It needs to have more transparency. Right now, users only have a preview option at the end of any job flow, so at the end of any Snap Pack, there is a data preview option that lets you review the data and see how it's moving. What would make the solution better is more debugging and more access to change data from the preview panel or more functionality in terms of the preview option."

What is our primary use case?

My major use case for SnapLogic is for ETL. It's for data migration purposes. For example, I've used it to move data from SAP systems, across SAP systems, or across Salesforce systems. I've also used SnapLogic to integrate data from Workday or from some downstream enterprise specific applications to Workday.

How has it helped my organization?

Snaplogic has improved the data integration part of data engineering multifolds and now we have achieved a good rhythm in data integration consumption and security of the same.

What is most valuable?

What I found most valuable in SnapLogic is the ETL feature, particularly the Transform Snap Pack, for example, any kind of reading or writing on Transform Snaps. Other than that, all the third-party connectivity tools such as the SAP Snap Pack, Salesforce Snap Pack, Workday Snap Pack, even the ServiceNow Snap Pack, I find all those are pretty useful in SnapLogic.

What needs improvement?

One area for improvement in SnapLogic is the transparency in the flow of data. It needs to have more transparency. Right now, users only have a preview option at the end of any job flow, so at the end of any Snap Pack, there is a data preview option that lets you review the data and see how it's moving. What would make the solution better is more debugging and more access to change data from the preview panel or more functionality in terms of the preview option.

What I'd like to see in the next release of SnapLogic is better debugging of errors. Another feature I'd like to see in the solution is a more in-depth data preview because currently, it just shows you what happened to the data, rather than giving you a preview of how the data gets transformed.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using SnapLogic for four to five years, and I've used it within the last twelve months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SnapLogic is a pretty stable solution. Stability-wise, access, or any minimum downtime, the solution is pretty good. No complaints on stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SnapLogic is a scalable solution, and all the new changes they are bringing in are making SnapLogic a plug-and-play solution. It's good for very small use cases, or even for complex or big data management use cases. The solution is pretty scalable.

How are customer service and support?

I've used the technical support for SnapLogic, and on a scale of one to five, with one being bad and five being excellent, I'd rate the support four out of five. I'm happy with the response time. The technical support team solved my issues.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

My company decided to use SnapLogic because of its scalability, minimal setup, and cost effectiveness.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup for SnapLogic was pretty easy. There were self-explanatory documents available, so setting the solution up was pretty easy. The deployment took less than half a day.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I'm not aware of the licensing cost for SnapLogic. My boss takes care of it.

What other advice do I have?

I'm using the latest version of SnapLogic, but I don't remember the version number.

In my organization, across the board, I'm not sure how many people use SnapLogic, but at my location, there are thirty to forty users of the solution. In terms of roles, all users are developers.

My advice to first time users of SnapLogic or to anyone looking into implementing it is that if there is a requirement to move data across systems or to integrate data across different systems, I'd definitely recommend SnapLogic, because it's a tool that's pretty easy to use. Much of it is only drag and drop and it is a low code tool. I'll very much recommend SnapLogic to others.

My rating for SnapLogic is eight out of ten. There are still issues for a user like me in terms of debugging in SnapLogic. It gives very limited options for debugging, and that's a major area to work on, so I didn't give it a perfect score.

My company is a customer of SnapLogic.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

On-premises

Useful for moving data between different environments and easy to setup
Pros and Cons
  • "It is a stable solution."
  • "I would like to see more performance-related dashboards, ones that display the cost of a pipeline, for instance. Also, it would be helpful to have management dashboards for overseeing pipelines and connections."

What is our primary use case?

It's useful to move data from one environment to another one, for example, from one database to another one. I can also change data types, delete some dates, update data, and clean data, for example. So it's really useful for us.

What is most valuable?

It's easy to use, capable, and offers good performance. It's a good decision to use this product in any company.

What needs improvement?

I would like to see more performance-related dashboards, ones that display the cost of a pipeline, for instance. Also, it would be helpful to have management dashboards for overseeing pipelines and connections.

For how long have I used the solution?

I used SnapLogic for two to three months. I used the latest version.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable solution.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

There are around two to three people in my IT team using this solution.

How are customer service and support?

The customer service and support are good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used Microsoft's tool. SnapLogic is more user-friendly than Microsoft. It's easier to understand what you can do in the app.

What about the implementation team?

It is on a web interface, so I didn't need to download anything. I used the web interface.  I saw this web interface, and it only linked to my environment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I used the free trial. You need to pay for a license to use SnapLogic. The pricing is based on the number of integrations you need and the volume of data you're processing.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.  I would recommend SnapLogic to others, but there are a few things to keep in mind. First, SnapLogic is not suitable for big data processing. Second, the pricing can be expensive, but it's generally in line with other iPaaS platforms.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Doesn't require lots of code, is user-friendly and can manage large quantities of data
Pros and Cons
  • "You can use other languages, such as Python, and easily connect to other systems."
  • "SnapLogic is very user-friendly."
  • "Ultra Pipelines provides real-time ingestion but it needs some adjustment."
  • "Ultra Pipelines is great in terms of real-time ingestion and real-time jobs but it needs some adjustment."

What is our primary use case?

We are based in Mexico and our primary use case of SnapLogic is for ETL work. We transfer data from one point to another and depending on requirements, we modify for better results and then report to our clients. We have two types of layers; regular raw ingestion and transformation. We have our own homegrown ETL process where we do a lot of our ingestion process. We use both solutions depending on what is required. SnapLogic is our main solution. I'm a developer and we are customers of SnapLogic.

What is most valuable?

SnapLogic is very user-friendly. There's not a lot of code, it's mainly snaps. It also gives you the opportunity to use other languages, such as Python, and to easily connect to other systems. If there isn't a snap that fits your needs, you can always use snaps that let you code pretty much any language you need. One of the cool things is that SnapLogic tries to stay up to date on all of the new snaps and all of the new logics available. We're able to manage a large amount of data through SnapLogic.

What needs improvement?

Ultra Pipelines is great in terms of real-time ingestion and real-time jobs but it needs some adjustment. Also, you get the application and enough sources but they don't really ask the correct questions on how to handle the resources and provide the correct information to our team in order to avoid any system problems. We've been seeing some latencies now and then due to the nodes that we currently have available, and due to the lack of knowledge on our SnapLogic Pipelines. In addition, there are snaps we don't need but that affect the latency of the work and I'd like to see some training videos so our developers can have the best practices on how SnapLogic should be used.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using this solution for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability isn't too bad. We've had some issues with the escalation process, but not something that's affected our work. There seem to be some things that need to happen through the whole process, and it might require getting together with the SnapLogic developers to get a complete understanding of what we might be doing incorrectly, or gaining sufficient knowledge so that we can make sure we follow each step accurately.

Some of the jobs that we had scheduled were killed and we weren't really able to see what they were or to notify the team that managed those SnapLogic Pipelines. We needed to ensure they were properly run, or executed in the correct format after we had implemented the upgrade. It was a misunderstanding of how the process works.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scaling took us a little extra time. We worked through it but we needed to get a better understanding of what we were doing as a team in terms of the configuration and the setup and that took some time.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is very helpful and they respond quickly.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

How was the initial setup?

I wasn't fully involved in the setup. We have it in the cloud, installed on AWS and we have it installed on GCP. My team says that the initial setup is pretty easy and there is good documentation available. Deployment takes a couple of hours because we do some testing. Upgrading takes a couple of minutes and there's no problem when that happens, we're not even aware of it.

What other advice do I have?

It's important to test everything you're doing and ask any and all questions so that you're fully prepared for any issues that might arise during installation or testing.

I rate this solution eight out of 10.

Scalable, and stable, but lacks an inbuilt protocol mechanism
Pros and Cons
  • "SnapLogic is an IPA tool that leverages a low code environment to connect to multiple sources, extract data, and store it in Azure data lake."
  • "SnapLogic should have some inbuilt protocol mechanism in order to speed up."

What is our primary use case?

I was utilizing Azure Data Lake block storage as a data lake, and I was performing numerous source extractions from various sources and transferring them to the data lake.

How has it helped my organization?

The client has seen great benefits from this particular project and its use of the SnapLogic tool, which they plan to continue to use for the next two years. They are pleased with the subscription and the associated cost.

What is most valuable?

SnapLogic is an IPA tool that leverages a low code environment to connect to multiple sources, extract data, and store it in Azure data lake. SnapLogic is a low-code, low-investment solution that required me to design best practices and orchestration rules for multiple data pipelines.

What needs improvement?

SnapLogic should have some inbuilt protocol mechanism in order to speed up.

Each snap is expensive if requested on a one-off basis; however, it may be wiser not to opt for a review unless absolutely necessary. In such cases, there is no need to pay for the review.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for three and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The SnapLogic platform has very little downtime. I have only encountered one technical issue with the solution's environment that took 24 hours to resolve. Since I am a developer, the support system was slower than the production one from the SnapLogic side, as it is hosted on the SnapLogic cloud. Otherwise, I have not encountered any issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The client initially purchases a certain amount of load, as with any AWS or cloud service. When demand increases, elasticity can be added by making an additional payment. The solution is scalable.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is a five out of ten, so if the staging layer, target, and permissions are all in place when we begin work on a project, then it should take no more than two weeks to deploy.

What about the implementation team?

The implementation is completed in-house.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We employed the incremental model of development, starting with the bare minimum load and system requirements. As the project progressed, we increased the bandwidth accordingly. When the further expansion was needed, we provided the client with a valid case study to justify the increased request. We further discussed what additional elements would be added and how they would affect the bandwidth. By scaling the solution incrementally the cost is controlled and more beneficial to the client.

What other advice do I have?

I give the solution a seven out of ten.

The SnapLogic platform is enhanced by the use of a snap called Map or snap, which is believed to be powered by IRIS Intelligence. Understanding how these snap works are essential for mastering the SnapLogic platform.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

An intuitive and effective solution for syncing large amounts of data
Pros and Cons
  • "The solutions ability to connect "snaps" or components to the graphic user interface is very intuitive, prevents errors, and makes implementations easy."
  • "The solution could improve its API management."
  • "The solution has solved many problems for our customers and has improved their operations."
  • "The solution could improve its API management."

What is our primary use case?

Our company is a partner and uses the solution as our main tool for client integrations.

The solution works for any sized company to integrate HR, financial, and operational processes that sync data between databases for ETO transformations.

The solution is effective at syncing data between different sources and targets including Snowflake and other data warehouse systems.

We also use the solution to build many asynchronous and synchronous APIs that serve as the backend for systems and are easy to maintain.

How has it helped my organization?

The solution has solved many problems for our customers and has improved their operations.

For one use case, a Canadian company deploys the solution to provide APIs for their web publications.

For another use case, a UK company deploys the solution to provide synchronous integration between Salesforce and their own legacy on-premises systems to ensure there are no gaps in data.

For a third use case, a large cable operator in the US uses the solution to easily migrate data warehousing from Redshift to Snowflake.

What is most valuable?

The solutions ability to connect "snaps" or components to the graphic user interface is very intuitive, prevents errors, and makes implementations easy.

The patterns, API management, and account encryption are really good when building a flow for integration.

The dashboard is a great feature that highlights any real-time errors or activity and includes three months of statistics.

What needs improvement?

The solution could improve its API management.

For how long have I used the solution?

I am a certified architect who has been using the solution for five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is really stable with no issues.

We used to have issues with releases in the last three years all releases have been stable and free of errors.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is elastic and scalable by asking for more resources in the cloud or enhancing ground resources to make them more powerful.

How are customer service and support?

Support was not very good in the beginning but has improved over time as support staff has become more experienced. I am satisfied with the answers I get from support.

There is some room for improvement but overall support is medium.

I rate support an eight out of ten.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is really simple compared to other tools and technologies. It takes about ten minutes to complete automatic migrations. There is also an option to utilize other tools such as GitHub to directly sync code between environments.

There are multiple deployment choices that are based on the data and endpoints.

The full cloud option is maintained by the solution with execution machines that sit in the cloud and require no maintenance.

If you want to maintain the execution machines and call notes, you have the option to use the solution on-premises behind your firewall.

The hybrid architecture is a combination of the cloud and on-premises deployment options.

What about the implementation team?

Our company implements the solution for customers.

The solution itself is reliable so success depends on developers building and properly testing their projects.

Projects that are built correctly require little maintenance and manage themselves or require one person at most. Extremely complex projects might require management by one to five people.

What was our ROI?

None of our clients have moved away from the solution so the ROI must be good. Some clients have been using the solution for eight years.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

The solution has made building and deploying much simpler than MuleSoft and is a better option for moving large amounts of data.

MuleSoft is faster for building APIs which is its main function.

What other advice do I have?

The solution used to be CTO based but now has a wider field of implementation so there is no limitation to how or where you can use it.

The solution is suitable for any kind of organization. Before implementing, ask an experienced consultant about the solution's benefits and how it might be a good fit to your architecture and needs.

I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Reduces time to market; low-code environment can be used by anyone
Pros and Cons
  • "SnapLogic is a great platform for establishing integrations among various systems or patterns by using any kind of interface. If something is not supported by predefined snaps – snaps are connectors in SnapLogic – you can create them (custom snaps) or write a script."
  • "There are cheaper tools on the market, but when you compare what they offer with what SnapLogic offers, you will find that you may pay a little more for SnapLogic, but you get a lot more in return."
  • "There is room for improvement with APM management and how task execution looks."
  • "There is room for improvement of API management and the dashboard for task execution."

What is our primary use case?

We use SnapLogic to develop internal proof of concept solutions that we later offer to the clients. SnapLogic is a great platform for establishing integrations among various systems or platforms by using any kind of interface. If something is not supported by predefined snaps – snaps are connectors in SnapLogic – you can create them (custom snaps) or write a script. So far, I have not experienced an issue with SnapLogic that was not resolved.

How has it helped my organization?

By using SnapLogic, you can reduce time to market. This platform can be used not just by developers, but also by business analyst and citizen integrators. You don't have to be too experienced or skilled to use SnapLogic as the solution is a low-code enviornment. Everything depends on your IT proficiency. You can use it on a higher level but it's a useful platform for everyone.

What is most valuable?

The SnapLogic dashboard is good because it gives you a plethora of information for troubleshooting when there's an issue. By using the dashboard, you can find exactly what the cause of the problem was and simulate easily.

What needs improvement?

There is room for improvement of API management and the dashboard for task execution. However, they have made some nice improvements in that regard recently.

Allowing external services to connect to API management would be great as well.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using SnapLogic for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SnapLogic's stability has been OK so far. The solution allows organizations to manage their workloads by using different snaplexes, or by using different nodes for specific processes. You can set number of threads that will be used in same time, and by setting different options you can handle the available resources of the platform.

If you want to guarantee some SLA parameters, you can specify which processes to run on which server. The solution is quite manageable.

From a performance point of view, you can use different type of snaps (connectors). If you have millions of records, you can use bulk snaps to process millions of records in a few seconds.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SnapLogic is scalable. We have some 50 people using SnapLogic in our organization.

How are customer service and support?

We have had several tech support tickets with SnapLogic and they're quite responsive. When you send in a ticket, they will react within 24 hours and fix your issue within a few days.

How was the initial setup?

The initial SnapLogic setup is fairly straightforward. You can set it up in less than one hour. Even 30 minutes could be enough to create an on-prem SnapLogic environment.

There are several potential SnapLogic deployment strategies. Which an organization chooses will depend on its resources. You can create different SnapLogic deployments if you want to have logical separation of different projects or different environments, or you can use different organizations within SnapLogic. An organization is a workspace in the SnapLogic world. You can have physical and logical separation of different environments within SnapLogic.

The solution can be deployed and managed by a single administrator in a small or medium-sized company. Up to three administrators are enough for an enterprise company.

What about the implementation team?

I work in a company that provides SnapLogic consultancy services. I deploy SnapLogic for other organizations.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I would rather not say.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing SnapLogic, I used TIBCO,  Oracle Fusion Suite and MuleSoft. But considering the profile of the people who will use the solution, SnapLogic is preferable platform because it can be used by business analysts, citizen integrators, and developers. The other platforms required a certain level of skill to use. SnapLogic, on the other hand, is a low-code environment.

What other advice do I have?

There are cheaper tools on the market, but when you compare what they offer with what SnapLogic offers, you will find that you may pay a little more for SnapLogic, but you get a lot more in return. At the same time, SnapLogic offers the same capabilities that much more expensive platforms on the market offer.

My advice to those who want to implement an integration platform to try using the free version of SnapLogic and to check all possibilities that SnapLogic offers. This is the best way to see SnapLogic's benefits.

On a scale of one to ten, with one being the worst and ten being the best, I would give SnapLogic a nine for overall performance.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Hybrid Cloud

Low-code and makes configuring and managing all file systems handy; has snaps that allow users to call the web service easily
Pros and Cons
  • "The feature I found most valuable in SnapLogic is low-code development. Low-code development has been very useful for simple processes, which is required for business users such as extracting details from a file or getting things reported by calling your web service. Calling your web service also becomes easier with SnapLogic because of the snaps available, so if you have the documentation, you can call an API. You don't have to write all those clients to call an API, so that is another feature I found very easy in SnapLogic. Configuring and managing all the file systems also become very handy with the solution."
  • "The feature I found most valuable in SnapLogic is low-code development."
  • "One of the areas for improvement in SnapLogic is that the connectors for some of the applications should be more available in terms of testing in the dev environment. Another area for improvement is that the logging should be standardized, for example, the integration with an ELK stack should be required out-of-the-box, so you can ship the log and have it in the ELK stack. There should be integration with ELK stack for the log shipping."
  • "One of the areas for improvement in SnapLogic is that the connectors for some of the applications should be more available in terms of testing in the dev environment."

What is our primary use case?

SnapLogic was used for building simple pipelines to call REST API, to get details from a file and call REST API and post those details. It was also used while working with expense solutions for finance posting and other complex solutions.

One of the areas for improvement in SnapLogic is that the connectors for some of the applications should be more available in terms of testing in the dev environment. Another area for improvement is that the logging should be standardized, for example, the integration with an ELK stack should be required out-of-the-box, so you can ship the log and have it in the ELK stack. There should be integration with ELK stack for the log shipping.

An additional feature I'd like to see in SnapLogic is the functionality of building streaming applications, for example the Pub/Sub model. SnapLogic currently supports Kafka and other streaming applications, but there's more focus on building streaming pipelines now, so if that feature is there, it'll be very helpful.

For how long have I used the solution?

I last worked with SnapLogic six months ago. I was one of the early adopters of SnapLogic when it was introduced, and my previous company started working with the solution in 2017. I used SnapLogic for four and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SnapLogic is a stable solution. It has become more stable now. There's a learning curve on how you will develop an operational application or how you will develop pipelines there, but once you get used to it because it is not like regular programming, once you get used to building the pipelines, SnapLogic is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SnapLogic is a scalable solution.

How are customer service and support?

Technical support for SnapLogic has been very good, and on a scale of one to five, I'm giving support four out of five.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup for SnapLogic was straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

We had a consultant from SnapLogic initially for the implementation because we were the early adapters in 2017, but the solution was quite straightforward to deploy.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I evaluated WSO2.

What other advice do I have?

I have experience in both WSO2 and SnapLogic. I worked as a consultant and my client used SnapLogic for retail.

I utilized hybrid deployment for SnapLogic. The company had Plexus, so for the CloudPlex, SnapLogic provided the managed service and for the GroundPlex, it was deployed in AWS.

In terms of the maintenance of the solution, at one point in time, the company had fifty developers working on SnapLogic, and there was also a citizen initiative where citizen users were created, so there were close to sixty developers. There was an operations team of ten people and out of the ten there were seven engineers, and there was a team leader, and then a manager. The team didn't just handle technical errors, as it also provided functional support for SnapLogic.

I'm rating SnapLogic eight out of ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Hybrid Cloud
