I usually track the performance of chatbots with Amazon Lex through data analytics. There is a dedicated team for that, and though I haven't built a dashboard, you can build one to track positions. There is a concept of sentiment score in Amazon Lex as which you can track. Regarding pricing and licensing, Amazon Lex is pay-per-use. You can look up the pricing calculator for specific costs. It is somewhat pricey, particularly for companies transitioning from traditional in-house technologies to cloud technologies. However, AWS is working on pricing improvements. I rate this solution 8 out of 10.

It is easy for new users to learn to use the solution for the first time. The solution is easy to use and develop, and we can integrate it with AWS Lambda. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
If someone is in the software field, the product will be pretty easy to use and user-friendly. People from non-software backgrounds must learn some basics before using the solution.
