Everything works smoothly when we connect AI to Amazon Lex. I would recommend the solution to other users because it can easily leverage their business. It is easy for new users to learn to use the solution for the first time. The solution is easy to use and develop, and we can integrate it with AWS Lambda. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

If someone is in the software field, the product will be pretty easy to use and user-friendly. People from non-software backgrounds must learn some basics before using the solution. It is an easy-to-learn tool. There are other tools in the market with newer abilities. Some tools are open-sourced. Overall, I rate the product a seven out of ten.
