The tool's most valuable feature is its natural language processing. With this, customers can directly input using their voice. We can use it for many applications, not just for this. We can train the bot or whatever else based on the business requirement. I like how we can easily train the bot in Amazon Lex. It can also handle different dialects and languages. The solution is easy for a beginner to learn. However, it will take some time to become a pro.

If someone is in the software field, the product will be pretty easy to use and user-friendly. People from non-software backgrounds must learn some basics before using the solution. It is an easy-to-learn tool. There are other tools in the market with newer abilities. Some tools are open-sourced. Overall, I rate the product a seven out of ten.
