Oracle Eloqua's data management capabilities have helped consolidate my marketing data, with the system default housing over 60 contact fields, including lead details, recent engagements, and first engagements. If needed, we can add more fields for customer-specific information, such as department or job title, and we can create a Program Canvas to automatically update records based on criteria such as a candidate's department, making it easy to manage contacts in Oracle Eloqua across different editions. My customers usually prefer deployment on the cloud, although currently, they are on premises and are likely to consider cloud deployment in the future. I find Oracle Eloqua to be a highly useful tool for clients and easy for developers, which makes it one of the best options available for B2B marketing. Regarding technical support, I would rate it a nine out of ten. Their response speed for technical issues is quite fast, while general requirements may take longer to address. I rate Oracle Eloqua as a ten out of ten, considering it to be the best product.
The impact of Oracle Eloqua's CRM integration capabilities is significant as the integration has become easier with the use of CX Sales. I have used sales cloud integration with the marketing cloud and find it very user-friendly. You just need to follow a couple of instructions for the setup, and once you establish integration, you need to set certain mapping conditions to map it with the Oracle Eloqua. The syncs happen every 15 minutes, and monitoring the setup is easy. There are several third-party apps that you can be easily integrated with Eloqua for using in Program canvas/Campaigns. Ex: washing machine app, Twilio for SMS etc In Oracle Eloqua, you can store data into custom data objects and a contact table which acts as your master contact list. Based on certain segmentation processes, you can give conditions and segment that data into separate lists or segments, pulling those audiences into your campaigns. Campaign is a very useful feature in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud, allowing you to reuse the same campaign multiple times with different audiences based on upcoming use cases. While data modeling in Oracle Eloqua is very good, I suggest adding a SQL editor feature for more complex data logic manipulation since currently, it relies on drag-and-drop filters that serve usual purposes. I rate Oracle Eloqua a nine out of ten.
The first consideration should be the cost. Oracle Eloqua can be a little bit costlier compared to alternatives like Salesforce. However, Oracle Eloqua does offer a robust feature set. Overall, I would rate it an eight out of ten.
I am using the latest version of Oracle Eloqua. The lead collection uses Oracle Eloqua forms, digital platforms, websites, blogs, social media, and so on to capture leads. You can nurture them to whatever the business strategy is. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I have worked on multiple projects. A couple of our customers have not implemented the AI features of Eloqua. We implemented Eloqua from scratch for another customer, so we suggested they choose new features like AI, Subject Line Optimization, Send Time Optimization, and Fatigue Analysis. People looking to use the product should know about digital marketing. They should learn about digital marketing if they want to use Eloqua. If they undergo training, the tool is easy to use. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I am both a user and administrator of the solution. The solution is cloud-based. I believe there are 20 users making use of the solution, mainly marketers. I rate Oracle Eloqua as a seven out of ten, although I cannot say how it would be rated by someone in marketing, as I am an administrator.
This solution can be used in the cloud or on-prem. Often, medical companies and government agencies are not allowed to use the cloud so they go for the on-prem version. I would rate Eloqua an eight out of 10. They would get more if it wasn't so expensive.
Eloqua is the Oracle marketing automation and revenue performance management solution used by sales and marketing teams all over the world.
