I have implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP in commercial and public sector organizations. In commercial pharma life sciences, Salesforce Veeva implementation supports commercial organizations doing product launches and campaigns. This extends from planning salesforce territories to incentive planning, and integrating CRM into CPQ for advanced pricing. For the semiconductor industry, where contracts are lengthy and include many line items, configurations, and service bundled offerings, we implement CPQ and CLM. Microsoft Dynamics GP is primarily proposed when there is a smaller scope and clients are looking for more out-of-the-box capabilities. They may not need flexibility to customize process flows but want the biggest value for their investment because the product comes with integrated end-to-end processes. For large organizations with many Salesforce territories and product groups, we recommend Salesforce due to its extensive customization abilities. This is typically done in FP&A and other tools within the finance organization, such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, Oracle, Hyperion, and similar solutions. For smaller organizations, particularly PE-backed firms seeking fully integrated ERP with front office, sales, marketing, and back office finance capabilities in one package, we've explored both Microsoft Dynamics GP and NetSuite. Some clients choose NetSuite, while others opt for Microsoft Dynamics GP, primarily in small-cap and mid-cap companies. I haven't implemented many supply chain solutions in small organizations, but for small-mid cap companies seeking all front, mid, and back-office capabilities in one system, NetSuite has those capabilities. We evaluated Microsoft Dynamics GP, but I haven't performed any supply operations implementations on it. There are still use cases that require on-premise deployment, particularly in the public sector. These are typically confidential, highly regulated environments with their own security enclaves, especially in the intelligence community. While these deployments need an on-premise option, most other industries are now adopting cloud solutions.

I am dealing with Microsoft Dynamics GP, specifically Microsoft Dynamics GP. I have been using Microsoft Dynamics GP for the last 5 years. I am currently using version 10.0.43 of Microsoft Dynamics GP. It's the ERP system. Our entire organization's finance works on Microsoft Dynamics GP, processing the PO, the purchase orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, everything through this system. This is the financial backbone for the company.
Microsoft Dynamics GP is used for purchasing, sales, inventory, general ledger, and warehouse operational system entries, offering valuable features such as drill-down capabilities, integration with other systems and smart less reporting.
We are a pharmaceutical holding company in Egypt with multiple subsidiary companies. We implemented Microsoft Dynamics two years ago to manage various tasks, including finance, HR, and more. We began with phase one, which involved three companies, and we plan to incorporate the remaining companies in the coming months. This is a brief overview of the system.

I'm a consultant and I don't use it personally, but our different clients use it for different purposes. It is mainly used for accounting, tracking different transactions into inventory, sales, and purchasing.
We are a big company in Ecuador which sells products and equipment to hospitals and clinics both in the private and public sector. We resell to different countries so that they can perform necessary exams and tests. We use the ERP to integrate with our application in order to sell the products and make sure all the equipment works. The ERP is integrated into that solution and it's not just connected to selling products to clients, but also to all the logistics and the transport of products. We integrate our solution with another field/distributor, and the application that was made for us is integrated into ARC. All the merchandise that goes to the clients is controlled by the ERP when products are purchased.

It's a very comprehensive solution for functions such as managing finance activities, inventory, resources, and the whole supply chain. It is an ERP, but the only drawback is that it's on-premises. It is one of the best PRTs by Microsoft.
The solution is used for purchasing, for sales and receivables, inventory management, and also everything that corresponds to the general ledger. It is also used for general lLedger entries and financial reporting, and for using a payroll module processing. Add-ons for GP are also used for specialized specific industries, like project accounting, also multi-entity management for GP.
We primarily use the solution for our daily transactions, such as purchasing functions, sales functions, inventory management, and the whole general ledger, We also handle our financials and bank reconciliations such as bank management and cashbook management.
