Its multivendor support aids in monitoring various products, while orchestration and ZTP streamline installations. However, the platform needs improved integration with third-party systems, better pricing structure, and expanded compatibility. Concerns about future development stem from perceived lack of investment and inadequate service integration into a cohesive system.
