It provides firewall and web protection, which are important because they provide web inspection. They can filter tracking apps like Facebook and Google on the web pages. It also has antivirus capabilities. Additionally, I use their VPN from time to time.

I would find it more useful to receive notifications more often than just reporting on what's happening. I’d like updates on recent changes, new threats, or events in the cybersecurity landscape.

They fulfilled our request without hesitation. They communicated with higher management, and the changes were implemented. Initially, the Total Security license was valid for only one PC. We asked if it could be extended to cover multiple PCs under one license. They agreed, and the following license they provided us supports three devices. This is a significant improvement from the previous setup, which only covered one device per license.

Bitdefender Total Security offers comprehensive protection at a competitive price. It is expensive, but the license is worth it. It can be registered under a different name if you want an additional license.

As an AI-centric company, they have been dedicated to innovation since their inception, differentiating themselves from competitors like Lugarath, QRadar, and Splunk, which typically add AI capabilities to existing traditional solutions.

Bitdefender is highly regarded for its comprehensive features and built-in EDR capabilities.
