When I was in Singapore, I used Cloudflare for DNS management, but when I started at Yoma Bank, I started using the application gateway routing and firewall features. 

I like Cloudflare's application gateway and DDoS protection. 

I would like Cloudflare to offer a dedicated account manager for large enterprise clients like us.

I have used Cloudflare DNS management for around seven years, but I have only used the firewall features for four years. 

I rate Cloudflare eight out of 10 for stability.

I rate Cloudflare support seven out of 10. The technical support is mostly fine, but the response times could be better, and we'd like a dedicated account manager.

Before Cloudflare, we relied on on-prem hardware and software solutions.

I rate Cloudflare eight out of 10. The basic setup is straightforward, but you may need to configure some advanced settings in some cases. We finished the setup in under an hour. However, we need to do some regular maintenance. 

I rate Cloudflare eight out of 10 for overall value. It's cost-effective, but I think they should have a custom pricing model for enterprise customers based on the features you use. That's why I think it would be helpful to have a dedicated account manager to periodically review and address our usage. 

I rate Cloudflare seven out of 10. It isn't bad overall, but it's difficult to use in this country. 

I use the solution for DNS management. 

What I do is every domain we have has some web resources available. Instead of sending everything directly to my web server, what we do is send all the DNS requests for that domain to Cloudflare. It is DNS security enabled to defend those websites from attacks. 

The solution has benefited the company in terms of security. It keeps the public IP anonymous to the user as well. 

The security is the most important aspect. The attacker won't have details since my public IP is anonymous. It offers us good privacy. 

The setup is straightforward. 

They are very professional and really go above and beyond for their users. 

The solution is very scalable. 

The pricing is fair. 

I'm not aware of any areas in need of improvement. There might be helpful if there was some web application firewall feature. That way, I wouldn't need a third-party solution like Radware.

I've used the solution for five years. 

The solution is extremely scalable. We have five people managing it in the company. 

I'm not sure if we will increase usage. It will depend on different elements we have in the future, such as more clients. 

I've never contacted technical support in the past. 

We did not use a different solution. We might have used Open DNS, which is the Cisco Umbrella solution right now. We moved to Cloudflare as it is cost-effective. 

The implementation is very simple. You actually forward all the initial requests to the DNS main server. Once the domain is registered with them, they actually confirm that, and they have a step-by-step configuration part where you actually go and do the different elements that you have that you need to have in place. 

We had one person manage the deployment. 

I handled the implementation myself in-house. 

The ROI is hard to portray as security, while important, is hard to quantify. You would only lose money if you had an attack and you need to calculate the cost against the risks. 

The pricing is reasonable. It is cheaper than other options. There are no extra costs or fees.

I'm a customer and end-user. 

I'd advise people to really think about why they want to use Cloudflare. If it is feasible, it will depend on the level of investment they want to make into their security.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. 

Previously, when we published new websites or new services on our domain, we had to wait for the changes to be reflected on the internet before they took effect.

We have the same features with Cloudflare, but they are duplicated across the internet in minutes due to how quickly Cloudflare's technology works.

I find it simple to register your domains or create a new domain on Cloudflare. 

Its most significant benefit to date is the speed with which it refreshes DNS records on the internet once you change it. If you are changing a website or registering a new record, it is very quick.

Another advantage of Cloudflare's DNS hosting is the protection it provides. If you have the domain and DNS records on Cloudflare, you may also hide it behind its proxy so that it does not display its real IP address on the internet.

At the moment, they are all mostly positive. There will most likely be enhancements in the future.

I believe they currently have this feature, but there will most likely be integration with APIs so we can control some features through API.

I have all of the features I need here. The one feature that is paid is the custom nameservers instead of using the default ones, I want to use a custom one. Otherwise, I'm already pleased with most of the features.

I have been working with Cloudflare DNS for three years.

Cloudflare provides a cloud service for hosting DNS servers or DNS records.

Cloudflare DNS is definitely stable.

They have services all around the world, and they are always up and running.

I never had a DNS issue. 

They also provide information on how many individuals visit your website.

I am the only one that manages the DNS Service so far.

Clients are often pleased since they no longer have to wait so long to launch new services when they are required.

I have never had to contact technical support or open a ticket because the servers are so reliable.

Very user-friendly. It is relatively simple to set up and operate due to its user interface.

It took less than a day to deploy, perhaps a few hours. It didn't even take an hour.

That is one of the great features. I was able to access the majority of the features and services for free. 

They provide more advanced services for a fee. I haven't even spent a single cent on it. 

To use the service, any user must first register with Cloudflare.

We are partners with Cloudflare. Our organization supplies DDoS solutions, but exclusively at Layer 4. Because of our partnership with Cloudflare, we can now provide DDoS protection to our clients on both Layer 4 and Layer 7.

If you don't want to spend too much time hosting your own DNS server or managing the domain, Cloudflare is a great way to rapidly get websites and services online. 

The free solution includes protection, and email security, and is very simple to use. 

It makes managing websites and publishing them on the internet much easier.

I would rate Cloudflare DNS a ten out of ten.

Cloudflare DNS is the primary DNS resolver for our domains. We are using it for CD.

The most valuable feature of Cloudflare DNS is its global reach and it is always evolving.

It would be helpful if the solution could continue evolving to compete with the other solutions on the market.

The initial setup of Cloudflare DNS was a quick process using the documentation. It took us approximately two weeks to complete the implementation. The documents that were provided were helpful.

When you compare Cloudflare DNS to other solutions, such as Akamai, the price is reasonable.

There are four people who manage this solution. However, they have other tasks other than only managing this specific solution. Cloudflare DNS is a critical solution and the network team covers it well.

Cloudflare DNS has had a highly stable performance with good reliability. It's working better than our own distribution. We're happy with the solution.

I rate Cloudflare DNS a nine out of ten.

Generally, I am satisfied with this product.

We are a product integrator and reseller, and we would like to have a better partner relationship, similar to a channel sales relationship.

Sometimes we are on our own or get diverted by Cloudflare because they have direct sales, which competes with us and makes it difficult to build a relationship with this company since we want to be an MSP or a managed service provider for the solution. 

They are creating every week now and developing new products. They are on the right track.

I wouldn't say I want to add anything just yet. While I am attempting to become an MSP, I would like to have access to my clients who are using the product.

An MSP is essentially a corporation that resells a product and wants to provide support and first-level service to its consumers.

Access to the solution's dashboards is not intended for a service company. You are practically blind, and to validate a problem, you must view the customer's screen.

It's not like other systems where you can go into the back dashboard and see what the consumer sees and then alleviate the problem.

To provide help, you must first discover how to gain access to the information.

It is inconvenient.

According to what I hear, they are working on it and will get there gradually.

I have been working with Cloudflare for approximately four years.

Cloudflare is stable, however, its global performance could be better. 

They have a few hiccups here and there, but for a startup, that's to be expected.

Technical support is responsive.

It's a premium model. You can start at zero and work your way up to the enterprise model, which has a very high pricing level. 

There are rivals on the market who provide the same solution at a lesser cost.

We use the solution for all our products hosted on Azure.

The solution is stable, and the DNS servers are simple to use.

Cloudflare should add more documentation and pricing to the cloud version.

We never faced any problems with scalability. We’ve 100-200 users using the solution.

The initial setup is straightforward and takes 15-20 minutes to complete if you want to start a new one. 

Deployment is pretty straightforward when you take a domain. You need to set the DNS to Cloudflare. Once that is done, it hardly takes one or two minutes to take effect. We first pointed to Cloudflare as our DNS. From there, it took a pretty simple configuration for our web browser.

We deployed the solution by ourselves.

We are using the free tier of the solution.

When we started, Cloudflare was the best solution for us. We were using the free service, and it was working well. We never considered switching to Azure DNS because Cloudflare met our needs. Azure DNS has improved recently, and they now offer free SSL domain registration on App Services.

Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

We use Cloudflare for our DNS service. 

We previously faced so many issues with our in-house DNS servers. Cloudflare provides a backup, so if you have any issues with your environment or something goes wrong with a software hostname and IP address, you can run the backup and experience zero downtime. 

I get a lot of value from Cloudflare's API because it enables you to build a separate environment inside the solution. You can create a domain for performing test requests before you move to the production environment and connect various domains.

When you build a new server, you first need to register your hostname and IP address in the cloud first. You don't need to go through the same steps every time. If you have a script that supports the API, you can run it to update the zone code and IP address.

 Cloudflare doesn't have a reverse lookup. We can only do a DNS lookup to get the IP address from the hostname. It doesn't work if you want to look up the hostname from an IPA address. 

I have used Cloudflare DNS for three months.

Cloudflare support responds as quickly as possible. If you have any issues, you can get a support engineer with the best qualifications. 

The Cloudflare setup is straightforward.

I rate Cloudflare DNS seven out of 10. Cloudflare is my first choice if I have a chance to use it. The GUI looks pretty. It's easy to create area codes and DNS entries. You need to ensure that these features are required in your environment and negotiate a good price.

So primarily, we use Cloudflare DNS for DDoS protection.

We can patch other requests to a particular page to a certain extent. Performance-wise, there isn't a big issue with using it. So it has excellent feedback, and it's used in our public meetings. Also, we're able to manage all SIP platforms with Cloudflare DNS.

For me, the valuable feature is DDoS protection.

Some people want more checkboxes as a feature when using Cloudflare. So, it can dictate your price.

The price is not customized for a user but depends on your usage.

The analytics, basically the dashboard, doesn't have much to it. They need to launch or see something better. So, it's on the relative side.

I have been using Cloudflare DNS for eight months.

It is a stable solution. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

It is a scalable solution. Almost 30 people are using the solution. I rate the scalability a ten out of ten.

Based on our usage and experience, the support is good, but we do not know about the client's experience.

The initial setup is easy. It takes a couple of hours.

The pricing depends on the usage, but the cheapest would be around 5,000 USD a month.

I definitely recommend others to use the solution. I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.
