The technical support for Dell PowerVault is pretty good and they usually get back to us in a couple of hours with a technical engineer.
The follow-up is good, and supporting Dell PowerVault is very easy.

There is room for improvement with Dell PowerVault as we did have some promises about dedupe and compression that did not turn out as promised.
I think expandability could be improved for Dell PowerVault.
If they reintroduce models with 48 terabytes, it would serve small and medium customers better since not everyone requires to back up large data sizes.
It is well-positioned on the radar, with a mature and stable solution.
While the solution does everything expected, it would be beneficial if AI could be integrated for optimization and monitoring.
I don't think it's terribly priced, but Pure Storage is cheaper.
