We use CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security to manage our clients' cloud environments. It provides us with a unified view of all their cloud configurations, across different cloud providers. This allows us to identify security weaknesses, improve their overall security posture, and ultimately limit potential attacks on their systems.

Our CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security deployments vary, with some clients utilizing hybrid models, but the majority leverage private clouds hosted on AWS and Azure.

The most valuable features of CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security are Cloud Security Posture Management and Cloud Workload Protection, offering more visibility and protection across our cloud environment.

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security should function as a standalone solution, offering Cloud Security Posture Management, Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management, and Cloud Workload Protection capabilities without requiring integration with additional Assurance, Detection, and Response solutions. This would allow clients to implement Falcon Cloud Security independently within their systems, eliminating the need for integrations.

The CrowdStrike partner portal documentation could be improved to provide proper instructions for integrating their products. Currently, the documentation lacks step-by-step details, forcing users to seek assistance from OEM partners. Fortunately, the integration process itself is straightforward.

I have been using CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security for two months.

In the short time I have been using CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security it has been stable.

I would rate the scalability of CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security eight out of ten.

The technical support is good. We access through our OEM partner whenever support is required.

I use Falcon Cloud Security as our primary EDR solution, integrated with Splunk for alert management. While Falcon effectively mitigates many threats automatically, we leverage it for targeted threat hunting when we observe unusual patterns or a high occurrence of specific tactics. This allows us to ensure we are not being targeted and provides insights into potential threats to our environment.

Falcon Cloud Security has significantly improved our organization by providing detailed and clear insights into potential threats. Its precise visibility allows us to see everything entering and leaving our environment, enabling us to effectively mitigate attacks and respond to potential security incidents.

The most valuable feature of Falcon Cloud Security is its comprehensive threat-hunting ability. It ensures we stay ahead of potential threats by providing detailed insights and allowing us to investigate and address security concerns proactively.

One area for improvement in Falcon Cloud Security is the support portal. While the documentation is comprehensive, I would like easier access to in-depth training and resources within the tool. Simplifying the portal for better navigation and learning would be beneficial.

I have been working with Falcon Cloud Security for a year.

The stability of the solution is a solid ten out of ten.

The scalability of the solution is excellent. I would rate it as a ten out of ten.

CrowdStrike's technical support is excellent. The team is highly knowledgeable and provides comprehensive assistance.

Before using CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security, I have used SentinelOne. They have different philosophies – SentinelOne is more automatic and easier to use, like a Mac, while Falcon is more technical, allowing for deeper customization and insights, akin to a PC. Falcon's comprehensive and technical approach aligns well with our SOC's needs.

Deployment is generally straightforward, but like many tools, it takes time to fine-tune and achieve optimal configuration.

While I have heard that Falcon Cloud Security can be expensive, I believe the investment is justified for the peace of mind it provides.

My advice for someone considering CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security is to do your homework and ask plenty of questions to fully understand the depth and capabilities of the tool. Overall, I would rate the solution as a nine out of ten.

We primarily use CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security as an XDR (Extended Detection and Response) solution, focusing on antivirus and malware protection.

It has been effective in protecting against common virus alerts, operating as a reliable security measure.

The most valuable feature is the auto-detection capability for threat hunting and issuing advisories on remedies.

The main area for improvement is pricing, as it is quite expensive. We are also curious about how it will interact with other AI tools, however, we have not encountered any limitations.

I use the solution lightly, not extensively.

It has been stable, with no observed glitches.

The solution is scalable enough, as we are managing more than 4,000 endpoints.

The customer support is very good, earning a rating of nine out of ten.

The initial setup is straightforward as it is cloud-based and one person is sufficient for installation.

We are budget-conscious and look for cost-effective solutions that can do the job efficiently.

Pricing is expensive. That said, if it does the job and is cost-effective, we go for it.

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.

The solution is primarily used to protect my cloud workloads. The nodes are serverless and they are Kubernetes-based nodes. 

The overall security posture in terms of best practices is very useful. 

You can install the agent and then figure out what is happening on the node. 

It's cloud security. The account needs to be looked at holistically. 

The solution is stable

Technical support is helpful. 

It can scale well. 

The UI part needs to be improved. 

There needs to be a little bit more support for Kubernetes and GCP.

The solution is expensive compared to on-premises options. 

I've been using the solution for four months.

I'd rate the stability nine out of ten. There are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze. We have not had issues so far. 

I'd rate the solution's scalability nine out of the. We haven't had any issues. We are now moving to phase two in order to make our security posture better. We'll be focusing on it in the future. 

We have 200 users on the solution. 

Support is very helpful. They are responsive and able to assist and answer our questions. We are happy wit the level of assistance we received.

We did not use a different solution. We couldn't find another partner that could offer us cloud-based affordable cloud security. 

The cloud deployment is very easy. I'd rate it seven out of ten. 

We had some questions and had to get help from support, so it wasn't completely smooth. The Kubernetes implementation was not straightforward. 

The UI causes a bit of time to be spent on deployment. It took us one month. 

The pricing of the solution is okay. Cloud, however, is very expensive compared to on-premises options. However, the pricing varies according to the business needs and sizing. 

We did evaluate other options. However, no one offered what Crowd Strike could. 

I'm a customer and end-user. 

The most important part is to understand the aspects of the features. If you have any requirements, like storing logs for longer, you need to understand if there are features there that can enable you to do what you need to do. 

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. 

We use both codes for endpoint security and service key.

In our case, there are different features, including the console in the cloud, with records and device records. And we work with them, and basically, the cloud vendors.

There is room for improvement in the application; one way to improve it is to give the client the ability to choose from different colors. Different file options should be available, and clients should be able to select from the options. This feature is currently limited due to the same company designing and implementing the application.

I have been using this solution for one year.

It is a stable product. It's easy to try to learn and understand how to use the product. So, there are no downtimes.

It is a scalable product. There are many documents available about the different files on CrowdStrike, watching videos helps in scaling the solution better.

The technical support is good.

The initial setup is easy because there is documentation about the different files. I would rate the setup a seven out of ten. 

Based on my personal experience, I would rate it an eight out of ten.

Its use cases could be anything from deploying it for various clients of mine and deploying across various platforms. In terms of use cases, it's just for endpoint security. That's what it's designed to do.

There is a lot that it can do, but endpoint protection is the main thing about it. The fact that it uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to monitor and remediate the issues in real-time is probably the bread and butter of the product.

The log scale or Humio side of it where it collects the data and expands into the XDR world still needs time to develop in terms of the way it combines the data and metadata that flows into the platform. I know they're working on it. I can't say that that's necessarily where they need to improve, but that's what they need to improve, and they're working on that.

I've been working with this solution for a year now.

I haven't experienced any issues with it in terms of the agents that it deploys and the platform itself. I haven't seen any downtime.

It's very scalable. It's all cloud-based. The sky's the limit and how big you want to go with it.

They are very responsive. I'd definitely rate them a solid nine.

It's very easy to deploy. When it comes to maintenance, there is no requirement to run any kind of maintenance. There are settings that you can set. They do have version control. With the automation that it comes with, you can keep your agents updated automatically and seamlessly without anybody intervening. You just have to configure the settings and the version controlling that you want to run. Of course, you have the option to switch that off and do it manually if you want to, but it's not really recommended because they update their CrowsStrike agents relatively often, so you would want to have, if not the latest, at least one down from the latest version.

The pricing is fair for what you get. I'd rate them a solid nine out of ten in terms of pricing.

Overall, I'd rate it a ten out of ten.

We like the solution's management and monitoring tools for our network. We use it to monitor our network between workstations and outside our organization. The AI provides useful visualizations of our network on a dashboard.

The tool is expensive. 

We started using the product early this year.

CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security is very expensive for us. Last month, we had a big issue that took much time and money to resolve. It slowed down our business and required our management team to get involved. We had a problem similar to the "Blue Screen of Death" issue many US companies faced. This incident used up many of our IT resources in just a few months. That's why we're looking for a replacement tool now.

It costs us about 400,000 US dollars, and we also spend about 10,000 US dollars more on other security products. 

I rate the solution as one out of ten. We must replace this software. We plan to buy a replacement for it as soon as possible.
