Targeted filters have accelerated niche tech hiring and consistently improved candidate quality
Pros and Cons
  • "Overall, Dice Tech Recruiting is a valuable platform for technical recruiting, especially for sourcing specialized IT talent."
  • "The improvements needed for Dice Tech Recruiting include better search accuracy, fewer outdated profiles, strong AI-based candidate matching, improved ATS integration, and better filtration for verification skills and recent experience."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is finding good candidates, such as locating resumes of potential candidates.

I use Dice Tech Recruiting to find candidates by writing a job title and the core skills, alongside the location, work authorization, and excluding irrelevant profiles. I need this information for the role.

I usually start with Dice Tech Recruiting by searching with the core front-end technologies and UX, which is the skill I need to find, rather than adding too many skills at once. For this role, I search using the job title that reflects what is actually required. If I need front-end, I write Angular, React, Typescript, Figma, and similar skills. I add components and then narrow the result by checking candidates who have strong experience in that particular skill and have great component and modern styling tools. I basically search their experience and use filters such as years of experience, recent profile activity, remote availability, and work authorization to find more relevant and responsive candidates.

What is most valuable?

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers, in my opinion, are the filter part, which helps me filter out candidates, and the filter features for the tools and technologies are the ones I prefer the most.

I appreciate the filter features because they filter and source candidates for my hiring, particularly for technical hiring. It allows recruiters to search candidates using Boolean strings, filters by skills, experience, location, work authorization, and resume freshness or preferred job types. Dice Tech Recruiting is especially useful for finding strong IT talent such as front-end Java engineers, Salesforce engineers, and other cloud engineers and DevOps candidates. The platform also helps save time by narrowing down highly relevant profiles quickly.

I appreciate everything about Dice Tech Recruiting features because they give me relevant results and help me find US-authorized candidates. If I need to find a US-authorized candidate, Dice Tech Recruiting helps me find these candidates, and everything is effective about Dice Tech Recruiting. I don't need to add anything to these features.

Dice Tech Recruiting impacts my organization positively by helping us find good candidates for a great fit and assisting the organization well in finding a good candidate for the relevant job description.

The positive impact of Dice Tech Recruiting is that it saves more time. I apply the Boolean strings, and they provide me relevant results, so it saves more time and increases the quality of hires. The strings provide me relevant results, improving the quality of hires, and the overall hiring process becomes much more improved by using Dice Tech Recruiting.

What needs improvement?

Dice Tech Recruiting could be improved by enhancing search accuracy and reducing duplicates of outdated profiles. Better AI-powered candidate matching based on actual hands-on skills rather than just keywords or matching would help recruiters save time and find good candidates.

The improvements needed for Dice Tech Recruiting include better search accuracy, fewer outdated profiles, strong AI-based candidate matching, improved ATS integration, and better filtration for verification skills and recent experience. These changes would also make sourcing faster and more efficient.

The AI capabilities of Dice Tech Recruiting appear useful for improving candidate matching and sourcing efficiently, but strong transparency around governance, data accuracy, and profile validation would build more trust. Better controls for reducing outdated profiles, improving skills verification, and ensuring fair and based recommendations would make the platform even more reliable and secure for recruiters.

The AI capabilities of Dice Tech Recruiting are helpful for speeding up sourcing and candidate matching, but the accuracy can still be improved. The platform works well for identifying relevant technical skills based on key matchings, though sometimes the result includes outdated and loosely matched profiles. Improving contextual understanding for hands-on experience, recent project work, and skill validation would make the AI output more reliable for recruiters.

Another improvement for Dice Tech Recruiting would be better candidate engagement and communication tracking within the platform. Features such as smarter recruiter insights, response likelihood scoring, and more accurate skill-based ranking would help recruiters prioritize candidates and improve faster. Duplicate profile deletion and cleaner resume formatting would also enhance the overall sourcing experience.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting is much more stable in my experience. It has generally been stable and reliable for sourcing and recruiting workflows, with consistent platform availability and search functionality.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting has scaled well for our growing recruiter needs, especially for sourcing technical talent across different skill sets and locations. It has been effective for handling increased hiring volumes and supporting specialized IT recruiting as our recruitment evolved.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting has generally been responsive and helpful. Most issues are resolved in a reliable time, especially for account access and platform-related questions.

Based on the responsive issue resolution and overall support experience, I would rate the customer support around an eight or nine on a scale of one to ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed, but I switched to Dice Tech Recruiting mainly for its strong focus on technology professionals and better access to niche IT talent.

How was the initial setup?

My experience with the pricing and licensing for Dice Tech Recruiting is generally straightforward, though it can be expensive depending on the recruiter seats and access levels. Setups are relatively simple since it is a cloud-based platform, but better flexibility in licensing options and more transparency on the smaller terms or for contract-based recruiters would be beneficial.

What was our ROI?

There have been noticeable returns on investment. Dice Tech Recruiting helps reduce sourcing time and improves access to qualified tech candidates, especially for niche IT roles.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, I evaluated options such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Monster. Dice Tech Recruiting stood out because of its stronger focus on technical recruiting and access to specialized IT talent.

What other advice do I have?

The advice I would give to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting is to use Dice Tech Recruiting if you are primarily focused on technical recruiting, especially for niche IT roles. Using strong Boolean search and filters helps get the best results, and regularly refining search criteria improves candidate quality and sourcing efficiency.

Overall, Dice Tech Recruiting is a valuable platform for technical recruiting, especially for sourcing specialized IT talent. AI searches have accelerated tech hiring but pricing and reliability still need improvement
Pros and Cons
  • "I have seen a return on investment with Dice Tech Recruiting, mainly in faster time-to-fill and reduced sourcing effort, which helped cut down manual screening time significantly."
  • "In my experience, Dice Tech Recruiting is not stable, mainly because of the AI feature, with which I used to face some problems."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to get the proper candidates.

What is most valuable?

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include AI-powered candidate matching, add-on search Boolean optimization, and an AI job description generator. These features are helpful for us. If I have the chance to use them again, that will be beneficial for me.

Dice Tech Recruiting has impacted my organization positively by making it very quick to search for a candidate through this platform.

What needs improvement?

I believe Dice Tech Recruiting can be improved by lowering their price. I have already informed them to lower their price.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for four to five months, since last October.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In my experience, Dice Tech Recruiting is not stable, mainly because of the AI feature, with which I used to face some problems.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting's scalability is generally good since it is a SaaS platform and can handle increasing users and job postings without major infrastructure changes on our side. However, the platform's ability to search a high volume does not always translate to a proportional improvement in candidate quality.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used a mix of general job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates before switching to Dice Tech Recruiting, mainly for its tech-focused talent pool and faster search workflow, even though the process still required supplementing with other tools.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment with Dice Tech Recruiting, mainly in faster time-to-fill and reduced sourcing effort, which helped cut down manual screening time significantly. However, actual cost savings were hard to quantify since the improvements were more operational than a direct headcount reduction.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Dice Tech Recruiting felt on the higher side compared to other recruiting tools, especially for a smaller team. The setup cost was minimal since it is SaaS-based, but the ongoing subscription license model can be expensive depending on usage.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, I evaluated other options, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and ZipRecruiter, before finalizing. Dice was preferred for its more tech-focused candidate base, even though the other tools had a broader reach.

What other advice do I have?

I gave Dice Tech Recruiting a rating of seven out of ten for a few reasons. One is for pricing. Second, I just received a free demo for fifteen days, and I need more days to explore it. The third point is that I need a free demo again.

Regarding Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I think about its governance and security, and the assistant is not for decision-making. Data access is controlled through user permission. Outputs are explainable at a basic level. It aligns with typical HR tech security expectations for a SaaS platform.

Regarding Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I would say the AI is helpful as a support tool for speeding up searches, but it is not reliable enough to depend on without significant manual review and human judgment.

In my daily process with Dice Tech Recruiting, I started by building my specific search using job roles, skills, location, and visa filter. I am not pulling a generic resume pool. Once I run the search in Dice Tech Recruiting, I refine it using a Boolean search, and I can go through the relevant profiles. For example, if I go through AWS, Python, and Java, I just have to add skills such as AWS, Python, Java, and microservices. After that, I track engagement and shortlist the responsive candidates for the refined search.

I would rate Dice Tech Recruiting seven out of ten.

Targeted filters and profile previews have consistently reduced hiring time and improved placements
Pros and Cons
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by helping us close roles faster, requiring fewer employees, and generating high revenue."
  • "The area of improvement for Dice Tech Recruiting is the AI part, as the AI is not accurate."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is sourcing candidates according to my client requirements, and I perform Boolean searches while utilizing Dice Tech Recruiting filters to source the desired candidates.

A specific example where I used Dice Tech Recruiting to find the right candidate for a client was when we received a position for a Power BI developer where we were looking for a candidate with 12 plus years of experience.

The platform helped me narrow down the right candidates for that role by utilizing filters such as the years of experience filter, the full-time filter, and the last updated profile filter, and also by allowing me to preview profiles without opening them, which helped us close the position within two days.

I use Dice Tech Recruiting in this manner all the time.

What is most valuable?

The best feature that Dice Tech Recruiting offers is the ability to preview profiles without opening them, as it shows many aspects including salary expectation, years of experience, skill-wise experience, visa status, and preferred location, helping us avoid wasting time on viewing the wrong profiles.

Out of those features, I find myself using the location filter, years of experience filter, and visa filter the most.

Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by helping us close roles faster, requiring fewer employees, and generating high revenue.

Specifically, we have seen a 20% reduction in the time to fulfill our requirements and a 30% increase in revenue.

What needs improvement?

The area of improvement for Dice Tech Recruiting is the AI part, as the AI is not accurate.

Regarding Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I think its governance and security are good.

As for Dice Tech Recruiting's accuracy and reliability of output, I think it is good.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for three years.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before using Dice Tech Recruiting, we were using LinkedIn RPS, but it cost a lot, so we switched to Dice Tech Recruiting.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Prior to choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, I evaluated Indeed as another option.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting is that they should use it. I gave this review a rating of 10.

Targeted search has simplified sourcing and has consistently delivered stronger technical hires
Pros and Cons
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting offers the best features for finding the right candidate within the rate or through the simple listing that I can use, making it easy to identify the best candidate."
  • "I believe Dice Tech Recruiting could improve by providing me the candidate email ID because I have sometimes not received it."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to find the best candidate, specifically for the technical skills required to identify the most qualified candidate in technical recruiting.

What is most valuable?

Dice Tech Recruiting offers the best features for finding the right candidate within the rate or through the simple listing that I can use, making it easy to identify the best candidate.

The simple listing in Dice Tech Recruiting helps me with both speed and accuracy. Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by helping tremendously. It is very helpful for me as well as for other sources, making it easy to find the best candidate.

What needs improvement?

I believe Dice Tech Recruiting could improve by providing me the candidate email ID because I have sometimes not received it. If Dice provides the candidate email ID, it will be very helpful for me.

I gave it a nine because sometimes finding the right candidate can be challenging, but if the email ID is not mentioned, I wonder how I would reach out via email. That is the reason for my rating.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for around two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting handles growth and increased demand well.

How are customer service and support?

I have had experiences with the customer support team.

I would rate the customer support of Dice Tech Recruiting a ten out of ten.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

This option is perfect for me. I did not evaluate other options before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting.

What other advice do I have?

I do not have anything else to add about the features of Dice Tech Recruiting.

Regarding specific outcomes with Dice Tech Recruiting, the numbers show that it is around four to five. It is easy to find the best candidate.

I believe Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities are good because I can use it for security purposes, and it works well.

Regarding the accuracy and reliability of output from Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I am comfortable with it when using it on candidates.

I do not have advice to give to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting because I am satisfied with it. I gave this product an overall rating of nine out of ten.

Regular sourcing has become faster and now reduces team size while finding qualified developers
Pros and Cons
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by making the sourcing time shorter, and we do not need many people to source for the requirements."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to source people for the requirements we receive. I can provide a specific example of how I use Dice Tech Recruiting for sourcing candidates: we have filled many roles including Java developers, .NET developers, and project program managers. I regularly use Dice Tech Recruiting for sourcing the right candidates.

    What is most valuable?

Dice Tech Recruiting offers excellent features including filters, years of experience required, and visa requirements. Those filters, such as years of experience and visa requirements, help me in my day-to-day work. For example, if we need an engineer with five or more years of experience, that is a filter available in Dice Tech Recruiting.

Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by making the sourcing time shorter, and we do not need many people to source for the requirements. Less than half the time is now required. When we previously needed ten people, we are now satisfied with five people.

    What needs improvement?

I would appreciate more platforms having proper job titles and skills that we need to verify. Dice Tech Recruiting should also verify the experience candidates are updating in their resumes. Additionally, they should verify the phone numbers and email addresses.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Dice Tech Recruiting is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting can be scaled.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting is very good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used a different solution before Dice Tech Recruiting. We were using CareerBuilder, and we switched to Dice because it was already built into the company, so we have to use that.

    What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment as fewer employees are required, but all the other details are with the company team only.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been positive. It was already set up when I joined the company.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, I did not evaluate other options.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting is that they should use it regularly. Dice Tech Recruiting is very easy, very helpful, and very useful in the day-to-day activities of a sourcer. Regarding Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I think the platform is very secure and reliable to work on. I find the accuracy and reliability of output good. For example, when we need a Java developer and we use the string to search, the results generally show only Java developers. I chose a rating of 10 because it is very easy to understand and very useful for work.

Targeted filters and updated profiles have consistently delivered strong tech hiring results
    Pros and Cons
    • "Dice Tech Recruiting fits into my workflow and fulfills my requirement flow, allowing me to easily source candidates over Dice, and I close many positions by sourcing through Dice."
    • "The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities is not 100%, and I would say it is 50/50, as there is a lot of work needed in the AI stack, so sometimes it finds not exactly appropriate candidates; for instance, when I am looking for an AI developer, it does not match my criteria and finds other candidates too."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is that I use Monster, LinkedIn RPS, and Dice, but Dice has a great UI interface and is really good for finding tech candidates, as IT candidates are easy to find on Dice.

Currently, I use Dice Tech Recruiting to find an AI/ML engineer, so I usually do the Boolean search where I put the keywords, and according to my position criteria, I filter out the location, the years of experience, the visa status, and whether the candidate is open for full-time or not.

    What is most valuable?

Dice Tech Recruiting fits into my workflow and fulfills my requirement flow, allowing me to easily source candidates over Dice, and I close many positions by sourcing through Dice.

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include the visa status option, which allows me to categorize candidates according to their visa category, and I can also decide whether a candidate is looking for a contract or a full-time opportunity.

The visa status and contract full-time filters have helped me in my searches, as I can select the US citizen filter when the client is looking for only US citizens or local candidates, and then I get only those candidates.

Dice Tech Recruiting has one more feature like the social profile, which allows me to fetch LinkedIn IDs if someone has not added their resume, enabling me to easily find the candidate on LinkedIn through Dice and reach out to them.

Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization, as compared to Monster and Indeed, I am not able to find good tech candidates over these portals, but on Dice, I usually get those candidates easily, and Dice has the last updated profile feature which helps me get the latest updated profile candidates leading to huge revenue for my organization.

    What needs improvement?

The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities is not 100%, and I would say it is 50/50, as there is a lot of work needed in the AI stack, so sometimes it finds not exactly appropriate candidates; for instance, when I am looking for an AI developer, it does not match my criteria and finds other candidates too.

I believe Dice can work on engineering domain candidates, as if we look for engineering domain requirements such as mechanical engineer or electrical engineer, we cannot find those candidates on Dice.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for almost five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Dice Tech Recruiting is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of Dice Tech Recruiting performs well, as we currently have around 50 employees and it is functioning effectively.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support with Dice Tech Recruiting is really good.

    What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment with Dice Tech Recruiting, and I can confirm its benefits.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, I evaluated Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn RPS, but LinkedIn RPS is too costly, and Dice provides a high level of candidate quality, so I stopped purchasing LinkedIn RPS and have been working with Dice only.

What other advice do I have?

Everything about Dice Tech Recruiting is great. My advice for others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting is that if you are sourcing technical candidates, then Dice is perfect. I gave this review a rating of 10.

Targeted visa-based filters have streamlined my Boolean sourcing and improved candidate selection
    Pros and Cons
    • "The impact of Dice Tech Recruiting on my work is significant because the filtering feature allows us to quickly find candidates with the right visa status."
    • "My biggest frustration with Dice Tech Recruiting is that while searching with Boolean, I sometimes find irrelevant resumes, as not all skills I search for are highlighted in the profiles."

What is our primary use case?

I use Dice Tech Recruiting mainly for sourcing profiles, where I collect resumes through Boolean search.

When I open Dice Tech Recruiting, I usually go to the search page to check if there are any new roles. I go through the job descriptions collecting the skill sets, convert them into Boolean format, and search for profiles based on particular locations with their radius.

My whole team uses Dice Tech Recruiting. When evaluating tools, my company used multiple portals, including Ceipal ATS tool, which integrates various portals such as Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice.

    What is most valuable?

I chose to focus on Dice Tech Recruiting because it offers filters for citizens, green card holders, or visa holders, which I find valuable compared to Monster.

I primarily use the integrated search feature from Ceipal with Dice Tech Recruiting, where one Boolean search pulls resumes from multiple portals and displays them on a single page for easier selection.

I am not aware of any new features in Dice Tech Recruiting that I am not using today, as I mainly use it via Ceipal. The impact of Dice Tech Recruiting on my work is significant because the filtering feature allows us to quickly find candidates with the right visa status.

    What needs improvement?

My biggest frustration with Dice Tech Recruiting is that while searching with Boolean, I sometimes find irrelevant resumes, as not all skills I search for are highlighted in the profiles.

I wish Dice Tech Recruiting included more AI features to assist normal users, as it would be beneficial for everyone in recruiting.

If I could change one thing about Dice Tech Recruiting, it would be to improve the relevancy of resumes returned by Boolean searches to avoid irrelevant profiles.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been familiar with Dice Tech Recruiting for over seven years based on my experience with the Dice portal.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before using Dice Tech Recruiting, I used CareerBuilder and LinkedIn as my main sources initially before transitioning to Dice Tech Recruiting.

    How was the initial setup?

When I first implemented Dice Tech Recruiting, it took about one month to get up and running. During my time as a junior, my seniors trained me with Dice Tech Recruiting, which I found easy to learn.

What other advice do I have?

Dice Tech Recruiting does not save me much time each week, although we can pull candidates quickly with the right Boolean search for roles requiring US citizens or green card holders.

In terms of teamwork, each person has their own role in searching within Dice Tech Recruiting. My role involves collecting resumes and submitting profiles to my manager.

I would rate this product an eight out of ten.

Boolean searches have transformed how I source niche tech talent and build strong hiring pipelines
    Pros and Cons
    • "Dice Tech Recruiting has a positive impact on our organization by helping us source qualified technology candidates more efficiently."
    • "Dice Tech Recruiting is a very effective platform for technology recruiting, but there are a few areas where it could be improved."

What is our primary use case?

I use Dice Tech Recruiting in my day-to-day work for sourcing candidates and checking resumes according to the requirement, such as for a Java developer, Salesforce lead developer, or front-end developer. I source candidates from here and identify qualified technology professionals for open positions. I use the Dice resume database, apply Boolean search, and use candidate filters to find candidates with specific skills and location preferences. I also use it for candidate outreach.

An example of how I use Dice Tech Recruiting on a daily basis is sourcing candidates for open IT positions. I review job requirements, build Boolean strings, search the Dice resume database, search for candidates, and reach out to qualified candidates while maintaining a pipeline of potential hires. I use Dice filters such as skills, location, visa, experience, and availability to identify the most relevant candidates.

My day-to-day work with Dice Tech Recruiting involves reviewing new requirements, creating Boolean strings, sourcing candidates from the Dice database, screening resumes, reaching out to potential candidates, and submitting profiles to clients. I also track candidate responses and maintain a pipeline for current and future openings.

    What is most valuable?

The best features of Dice Tech Recruiting are the Boolean string, advanced filter, candidate alerts, and the sourcing tool. When I apply the Boolean string, I get the perfect searches. The advanced search capabilities stand out because they help me quickly find highly specialized technology professionals for difficult-to-fill positions. I would rate Dice Tech Recruiting an eight out of ten for technology because of its strong IT talent pool, powerful search functionalities, and efficiency in sourcing qualified candidates.

The Boolean string and advanced filters in Dice Tech Recruiting save time significantly. When I apply the Boolean string, they provide the perfect resume that matches the Boolean strings. Boolean strings and advanced filters help me reduce the time spent searching. They give me relevant profiles instead of manually searching hundreds of resumes. I target only the resumes that match the current exact skills, experience, and domain required for a role. For example, if I am recruiting for a senior developer, I may use a Boolean string containing "Java," "Spring Boot," "microservices," and "AWS." If I want candidates for the financial or banking domain, I use "financial," "banking," or "financial services," and the platform returns resumes of only those candidates who have those skills.

Dice Tech Recruiting has a positive impact on our organization by helping us source qualified technology candidates more efficiently. It has reduced the time spent searching for talent, improved the quality of candidates, and helped us fill specialized technical roles faster.

    What needs improvement?

Dice Tech Recruiting is a very effective platform for technology recruiting, but there are a few areas where it could be improved. I would appreciate seeing more advanced, AI-driven candidate matching so recruiters can identify qualified candidates faster. Improved profile accuracy and more frequent resume updates would also help ensure candidate information is current.

In addition to AI-powered matching, I would appreciate seeing more predictive insights built into the platform. For example, it would be helpful if Dice Tech Recruiting could identify candidates who are more likely to respond.

How are customer service and support?

I rate customer service five out of ten.

What other advice do I have?

I would suggest adding more features to Dice Tech Recruiting. For instance, if I have a requirement for a Java developer with Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, and banking service experience, I create it by combining skills and then apply filters for location and years of experience. Instead of reviewing hundreds of resumes, I can quickly focus on the most relevant candidates, which improves the overall experience.

Dice Tech Recruiting provides the most relevant capabilities. One thing I wish recruiters understood is how powerful Dice Tech Recruiting can be when you combine Boolean searches with advanced filters. Many recruiters rely only on keyword searches, but using a well-structured Boolean string can uncover highly qualified candidates who might otherwise be missed. I also believe the value of building pipelines is sometimes overlooked. Dice Tech Recruiting is not just useful for filling current openings; it is also a great tool for identifying and engaging candidates for future opportunities. By saving searches and monitoring candidates' activities, recruiters can respond much faster when new requirements come in.

My advice would be to take full advantage of the advanced search capabilities that Dice Tech Recruiting offers. Rather than relying only on basic keyword searches, investing time in building effective Boolean strings and using filters strategically can significantly improve candidate sourcing. Recruiters should use these tools because they are very helpful for reviewing candidates. I rated this product nine out of ten overall.
