Recruiting has become faster for senior roles and now needs better email access and non IT filters
Pros and Cons
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting provides a very good impact compared to other portals in that I can find the exact candidate."
  • "I would like to request that if someone uploads their profile on Dice Tech Recruiting, at least an email ID should be required."

What is our primary use case?

According to client requirements, I search for candidates in IT positions and non-IT related positions, such as Java, .NET, or architect positions, using Dice Tech Recruiting to input the search string. Based on the string and requirement, I find candidates on the portal, and if the candidate has relevant experience, I obtain a good profile through Dice Tech Recruiting.

For a typical role such as an architect position, it is not easy to find on other portals, so Dice Tech Recruiting is very helpful for architect-level positions to reach out to candidates. I easily obtain these senior-level positions through Dice Tech Recruiting, and it is a very good portal.

Sometimes I do not obtain candidates through the internal database in our organization, which has the ATS, so I use Dice Tech Recruiting and easily find candidates through the portal. It is very helpful.

What is most valuable?

A visa-related feature is very helpful as visa information is easily selected on Dice Tech Recruiting. On other portals, most of the time, visa-related information is not reflected, such as identifying work visa status, citizen status, or USC status if needed. I easily find Green Card or citizen candidates through Dice Tech Recruiting. Other portals do not provide this facility.

Dice Tech Recruiting saves me time when I have a position requiring specific visa work-related qualifications. It is very helpful for finding exact citizen or Green Card candidates. It is a very helpful portal.

Dice Tech Recruiting provides a very good impact compared to other portals in that I can find the exact candidate. Regarding numbers, if I find ten candidates related to a position, I am closing at least two candidates through Dice Tech Recruiting if I locate the right candidate. The ratio is very good through Dice Tech Recruiting.

Security and governance regarding the facility in Dice Tech Recruiting are good. AI capability is uncertain because I do not use that part, but governance and security are very good for Dice Tech Recruiting.

What needs improvement?

I would like to request that if someone uploads their profile on Dice Tech Recruiting, at least an email ID should be required. Most of the time I obtain the candidate's contact number only through the portal, or if someone does not answer the call after I reach out, having their email ID through Dice Tech Recruiting would make it easier to connect with the candidate. I would add an email ID requirement to the portal.

Improvement could include more non-IT candidate filtering possibilities, which would be good for non-IT recruiting needs. I have already provided feedback twice regarding email. The contact number can be easily obtained, but the email ID is not available on the portal. Dice Tech Recruiting is improving my quality standards and has improved my positions and speed. I provide my manager with exact match profiles through Dice Tech Recruiting.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have approximately three to four years of experience using Dice Tech Recruiting for our recruiting needs.

What other advice do I have?

I have already provided feedback that I need the email ID. If someone is reached out to through the portal, I recommend working on the email ID-related feature on Dice Tech Recruiting. Everything else is the best for Dice Tech Recruiting. I provide a rating of eighty to eighty-five percent for the match profiles I obtain through Dice Tech Recruiting. I give this review an overall rating of seven.

Targeted data hiring has become faster and resume matching provides consistently relevant leads
Pros and Cons
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by reducing my sourcing time significantly, as finding resumes in Dice is time-saving and it provides a pool of relevant employees."
  • "I do sometimes get irrelevant results. When I am looking for a product manager, I would sometimes get recommendations for data engineers, but it is more on the relevant side."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is finding leaders in the data space and data engineering space, as well as project managers and product owners, which are the relevant kinds of resumes I generally find in Dice.

When I am trying to find a data leader in the retail domain space, I fix my years of experience and the keywords I am trying to find, such as specifically Microsoft Fabric, TensorFlow, Kafka, data science, and data analytics. I also try to look at the locations I am targeting and my target companies.

The keyword searches help me tap into a relevant and non-relevant mix, but when keywords are given specifically on what skill set is needed and what the relevant skill sets are around that skill set, this helps me find the right kind of resume.

What is most valuable?

Dice Tech Recruiting offers valuable features, including the options to select keywords and when I pull a relevant resume, it shows a group of more relevant resumes in the recommendation section.

The resume recommendations help me in my daily recruiting work by saving me time and improving my results. When I get a resume that is a 95 percent match, it pulls additional resumes that are 92 percent, 88 percent, or a relevant match, and those 80 percent, 85 percent match resumes can be a fit and help my talent pool.

If the scoring is shown, such as when I have posted a job and the percentage matching is displayed feature by feature, this really saves my time as a recruiter.

Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted my organization by reducing my sourcing time significantly, as finding resumes in Dice is time-saving and it provides a pool of relevant employees.

What needs improvement?

If I could get a breakdown of skill to skill, where Dice is able to analyze that Python was used in this, this, this work experience, it would help me pitch the conversation better.

From my ease of access point of view, I am satisfied, but sometimes I find that locations could be a bit wider. When I add Florida, then a couple more parts of Florida are missing.

A breakdown score or the implementation of more AI into the job portal space would make it a perfect ten for me.

I do sometimes get irrelevant results. When I am looking for a product manager, I would sometimes get recommendations for data engineers, but it is more on the relevant side.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for a little more than four and a half years to fill my leadership positions for the US geography, specifically North America.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting's scalability is good, as it can handle volumes easily, specifically when I am talking about junior resources that show relevant resources from a bigger periphery in terms of location.

How are customer service and support?

I have reached out to customer support and found a slight delayed response. My message was that I would be responded to in 24 hours, but it was on the edge of the 24th hour.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did use Indeed earlier and many other job boards such as Hiretual and LinkedIn Tech Recruiter, but I switched to Dice because it restricts my pool of relevant candidates, which saves my time.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did evaluate other options, and I was about to take a premium accountability with Indeed, but since my role is very specific to tech recruiting, I wanted my pools to be specific.

What other advice do I have?

If you are in the tech hiring, IT hiring, data hiring, or cloud hiring space, Dice Tech Recruiting is going to give you a broad range of results, so I definitely recommend Dice Tech Recruiting.

I want you to add more skill sets and breakups of it, especially for data science.

I found this interview a bit lengthy, but it was very useful as it took me through all of the interface again.

I have rated this product an 8 out of 10.

Advanced filters have streamlined sourcing and have driven significant revenue growth
Pros and Cons
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting has impacted our organization positively, and we have generated a huge amount of revenue, achieving approximately 50% growth."
  • "Dice Tech Recruiting is good, though the AI part can be improved because it is not accurate."

What is our primary use case?

Our main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to meet client requirements. We utilize its filter because we receive requirements according to specific criteria, such as sourcing a specific kind of profile with a particular year of experience and location. We conduct Boolean searches and source candidates through Dice Tech Recruiting.

This is the main use case, as we need to source candidates according to our requirements.

How has it helped my organization?

Dice Tech Recruiting has impacted our organization positively, and we have generated a huge amount of revenue, achieving approximately 50% growth.

We measured that 50% growth in revenue because we generate revenue each time we place a candidate. We have easily placed candidates through Dice Tech Recruiting and can fill positions within our time frame.

What is most valuable?

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include years of experience, location, contract or full-time filter, and last update.

The last update feature helps us in our recruitment process and makes our workflow faster. When we source recently updated profiles, such as those updated within the last 10 minutes, there is a higher probability that the candidate will pick up the call and submit for an opportunity, as they have not already applied for that particular role. This feature helps us considerably.

What needs improvement?

Dice Tech Recruiting is good, though the AI part can be improved because it is not accurate.

The needed improvements around AI accuracy are important because the AI does not provide much accuracy. It gives a 50-50% result, with 50% matching profiles and 50% non-matching profiles. Sometimes it provides irrelevant profiles as well.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for almost six years.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before using Dice Tech Recruiting, we were using LinkedIn RPS. We switched to Dice because we did not purchase LinkedIn RPS since it is costlier, and Dice fulfills our requirements.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Dice Tech Recruiting is good.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, we evaluated other options, including Indeed and Monster.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting is that they should use it. I rate this product 10 out of 10.

Targeted searches have consistently delivered local consultants with niche skills I need
Pros and Cons
  • "With overall five years of experience with Dice Tech Recruiting, I feel it is a good platform to find suitable consultants and submit them with that client."

What is our primary use case?

I primarily use Dice Tech Recruiting for finding suitable consultants with all IT skills.

Recently I used Dice Tech Recruiting's dashboard for finding a suitable consultant with .NET and Java expertise. I am facing multiple roles on the client side, and I try to find consultants through Dice.

I also sometimes use Dice posting for any niche skills, where I post a job and find a consultant there.

I find specific outcomes with Dice Tech Recruiting; for instance, one time I posted a job through Dice Tech Recruiting and found a consultant to submit a really niche skill that I couldn't find anywhere else, so Dice helped me find that consultant.

    What is most valuable?

The best feature of Dice Tech Recruiting is that they provide a consultant within a specific area; for example, if I am finding a consultant within approximately 50 miles with the exact skills, Dice provides all suitable profiles according to my search string. Dice will provide consultant contact details and other skills, skill set criteria, and everything I require to submit a profile with the client.

I get relevant candidates through that exact specified location, and sometimes the client asks for a consultant approximately 30 miles or 40 miles or within 50 miles, so Dice helps me find a specified consultant within that area.

The accuracy and reliability of sourcing and finding consultants with Dice Tech Recruiting are really good, and it provides a really good output for finding consultants.

    What needs improvement?

I believe it is all about what Dice Tech Recruiting already has; if I needed anything more, currently as I am using it, I feel it has everything I need.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have around five years of expertise with Dice Tech Recruiting, since I have been using it.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting is stable and works reliably for me.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It can handle increased workloads or more users easily.

How are customer service and support?

As of now, I did not get connected with Dice Tech Recruiting support team, but I do have good expertise with them.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used another recruiting platform such as Monster, and I wasn't finding any best suitable consultants there, so after switching to Dice Tech Recruiting, I get options for posting with the time zone and within that 50 miles or 40 miles, all with the help of Dice Tech Recruiting.

    What was our ROI?

That has improved the hiring metrics on the client side.

What other advice do I have?

The user interface of Dice Tech Recruiting is very good. I find it is better than other sourcing platforms.

That would be great advice for others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting.

With overall five years of experience with Dice Tech Recruiting, I feel it is a good platform to find suitable consultants and submit them with that client. I gave this review a rating of 9.

Recruiting team has consistently filled data roles faster and now builds stronger local talent pipelines
    Pros and Cons
    • "I would suggest to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting to go with Dice without having any other thoughts in mind because this is one of the good platforms where you get good results when searching for technical roles."
    • "I would suggest that Dice Tech Recruiting can be improved by enabling a connection with LinkedIn or finding more relevant profiles."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to search for technical roles where we are hiring for data engineers, data scientists, and some functional roles such as business analysts and scrum masters. Majorly, these days we are focusing on hiring in data engineers and data scientists, whereas we also used to hire for Java developers and .NET developers as well.

    What is most valuable?

Dice Tech Recruiting helps me find candidates for these roles by allowing us to search with candidates who are locally available for a particular technical position. For example, if we're hiring for people from Austin, Texas, we can insert a zip code or pin code, and we also have a filter to sort out with notice period. If we are looking for an immediate joiner, we can filter that as well.

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include the ability to find profiles locally, as well as sending an email or SMS to the candidates, and we have a good option for filtering profiles with a shorter notice period. We can also search with keywords and use a Boolean search.

The email and SMS features work for me effectively as we can reach out to candidates via email or text them by finding their number on the resumes, and we can leave a voicemail when the candidate is not responding.

Dice Tech Recruiting has AI enabled recently, allowing us to insert a job description and it can automatically give us a Boolean search or keywords for finding relevant profiles for the job description.

    What needs improvement?

I would suggest that Dice Tech Recruiting can be improved by enabling a connection with LinkedIn or finding more relevant profiles. If a profile is not registered on Dice, we could leverage LinkedIn and get the profiles to Dice from there. If we can enable this to connect with LinkedIn or if we can find more relevant profiles, it would be a good feature I would suggest.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for more than five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Dice Tech Recruiting is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of Dice Tech Recruiting is very good as it gives good results.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is quite friendly, and we can expect resolutions within a couple of hours, maybe a maximum of 24 to 48 hours.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previously, we used a platform called ZipRecruiter and also Monster, but we felt Dice is one of the solid portals or tools where we get a relevant match.

    What was our ROI?

We have seen a return on investment as we have filled many positions which are very billable positions from the clients, so we have definitely got the return on the investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that I think it's a reasonable rate, and since we are in the talent acquisition team, our finance team will take care of the specifics.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, we evaluated other options such as CareerBuilder and Monster, but I felt Dice is one of the solid portals based on my work with many organizations earlier, and then we picked Dice.

What other advice do I have?

On average, I would say at least four to eight positions have been filled by the team of two to three recruiters, and we also need to fill a position within a week, whereas we used to fill one to two positions in a week as well sometimes, depending on how many positions we have from the business.

I would suggest to others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting to go with Dice without having any other thoughts in mind because this is one of the good platforms where you get good results when searching for technical roles.

Dice Tech Recruiting is one of the good platforms I would suggest for anyone to opt for the portal. I would rate this solution a 9 overall.

Trusted platform has transformed my hiring process and delivers faster, higher quality placements
    Pros and Cons
    • "Upon switching to Dice Tech Recruiting four years ago from LinkedIn Recruiter, my placements increased from five to ninety-five, which is a major increase."

What is our primary use case?

I use Dice Tech Recruiting mostly for recruiting people for various domains and various job roles, and I get a very good response from Dice Tech Recruiting.

My work is as a recruiter, so my work involves recruiting people who are looking for a job with Dice Tech Recruiting. When I place a candidate, we receive rewards from the client, making it very helpful for us to achieve perfect placements through Dice Tech Recruiting. Dice Tech Recruiting is a perfect platform used for the growth of our organization.

I focus mostly on understanding the client's real requirement before sourcing through Dice Tech Recruiting, which helps me to submit candidates who are a stronger technical and cultural fit rather than increasing submission volume. I can use Dice Tech Recruiting as a priority because it is a very good tool for sourcing candidates, it gives me relatable results, quick submissions, and I get a better response for achieving my targets.

      What is most valuable?

The best features that Dice Tech Recruiting offers include the IntelliSearch feature, the relocation feature, and the timely update feature with location information that helps me find the perfect person according to Dice Tech Recruiting.

The IntelliSearch feature in Dice Tech Recruiting is a great feature because in this feature, I just put the job description in the IntelliSearch box and search, and also put the job title that I want to add. After that, with the location, I make a search through the thousands of resumes that are available, and the perfect one will be found on the front page with the starting row. I can find the perfect resume with that, and after this, I get the perfect candidate for the perfect job role, which makes it really helpful for me.

The first metric I see is an increase in placement rates. Upon switching to Dice Tech Recruiting four years ago from LinkedIn Recruiter, my placements increased from five to ninety-five, which is a major increase. The time I spent on LinkedIn was too much, but with Dice Tech Recruiting, I can make a quick call using the resume contact number, as Dice Tech Recruiting shows the contact number in the section, helping me to call candidates directly without any issues. The time saved is very useful for me, and Dice Tech Recruiting is the perfect platform that I trust in the recent four years.

Dice Tech Recruiting is already a perfect platform, and if there are some little bugs, they do not affect the work.

The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting is very good, and the reliability is also very good because it ensures that candidates receive timely updates, interview preparation guidance, and feedback whenever possible. This helps maintain a positive employer brand. I am now leveraging Dice Tech Recruiting because it helps build trust with candidates. The candidate's skills could match the job description, but understanding a candidate's motivation, career goals, and concerns helps create successful placements. Dice Tech Recruiting is a very useful platform for recruiters.

For how long have I used the solution?

In the last four years, I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting, and previously I used LinkedIn, which did not provide the exact timely responses I needed.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting is stable, and when I use the new version of Dice Tech Recruiting, the updates have been very good, with a smooth and minimal user interface. I have used Dice Tech Recruiting for the past four years, and I am committed to it. It is a very result-oriented platform.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of Dice Tech Recruiting is very good; I can scale up effectively. If I were to rate the review system, I would give it five out of five because it is a perfect platform I use for sourcing candidates. The Boolean string and various job titles to locations give me the best answers, and I am locking candidates according to the data and submitting them to clients. This leads to offers and placements, contributing to my organization's growth because of Dice Tech Recruiting.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting is excellent; I can connect to customer support within one or two minutes via a quick call. The chat process is also available, along with voice support, making it very helpful. Technical support and troubleshooting are strong, facilitating ease of use with Dice Tech Recruiting.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

In the last four years, I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting, and previously I used LinkedIn, which did not provide the exact timely responses I needed. Dice Tech Recruiting has the candidate sourcing features, so with Boolean strings, I can see the resume of candidates directly through Dice Tech Recruiting. I save time, and I maintain quality, which is why I shifted to Dice Tech Recruiting; it is the best platform I have ever used in my entire life.

      How was the initial setup?

I have a very good experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Dice Tech Recruiting because my organization has some senior managers dealing with all the aspects. I can deal with it on a monthly or yearly basis, so the pricing is very decent, and I have no issues with that; it is a perfect platform to use in my daily routine.

      What was our ROI?

I see a one hundred percent return on investment with Dice Tech Recruiting because it saves time, money, and resources spent elsewhere, and it delivers results in an efficient time. Dice Tech Recruiting is a clear winner in every situation.

What other advice do I have?

I can give a ten out of ten for my overall rating of Dice Tech Recruiting because it is already a perfect platform to source candidates. One of the biggest areas I focus on is building a genuine relationship with candidates rather than treating recruiting as a numbers game. In today's market, especially for higher-skilled professional data engineering and developer positions, candidates have multiple openings available to them. Because of that, with Dice Tech Recruiting, I believe the recruiter's role goes beyond simply finding resumes and making submissions. My approach is to understand each candidate's career goals, technical strengths, project experience, compensation expectations, work authorization status, and also their location preferences and long-term objectives.

The governance and security of Dice Tech Recruiting are very good because the security is there with the times of work authorization that has a confidential data component in it. Sometimes candidates secure their data with that, and Dice Tech Recruiting also maintains the active pipelines of active and passive candidates so I can address urgent plan requirements through the number of resumes I have. The security and governance are very good.

Dice Tech Recruiting is stable, and when I use the new version of Dice Tech Recruiting, the updates have been very good, with a smooth and minimal user interface. I have used Dice Tech Recruiting for the past four years, and I am committed to it. It is a very result-oriented platform.

Dice Tech Recruiting is deployed in my organization using a private cloud.

I use Microsoft Azure Stack HCI as my cloud provider.

I always recommend Dice Tech Recruiting to anyone who asks me which platform I use because Dice Tech Recruiting is the platform that allows me to utilize my capabilities demonstrated through different types of candidate searches, IntelliSearch, and keyword or Boolean searches based on location preferences where candidates want to relocate. If the client wishes to relocate a candidate, it is a great benefit. I also monitor candidate activity and enable alerts, and I can choose between new user interface and classic mode settings, making it the best option.

I believe it is all good, and Dice Tech Recruiting is the best option that gives me quick results according to the quick responses. I always choose Dice Tech Recruiting. My overall rating for Dice Tech Recruiting is ten out of ten.

Targeted filters have helped close senior developer roles and streamline candidate sourcing
      Pros and Cons
      • "Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted our organization as we have closed many candidates with its help and generated a good amount of revenue."
      • "Dice Tech Recruiting's AI could be improved because it is not providing accurate results."

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Dice Tech Recruiting is to find candidates according to our requirements, so we use Dice Tech Recruiting to source the required candidates.

Recently, I closed one Java developer position with one of our clients, and we were looking for a developer with 10 plus years of experience. I searched Dice Tech Recruiting using the filters to find that candidate, looking for US citizens with 10 plus years of experience in the New York location, and we successfully closed that position.

I use Dice Tech Recruiting to search for candidates by conducting boolean searches and also using Dice AI by inputting the job description into the AI, which searches for matching candidates according to the job description. After that, I start calling them, lock them, submit them with our client, and schedule the interview to close the position.

      What is most valuable?

The best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include categorizing candidates according to location, geographic region, and visa status. For example, when we are looking for US citizens, we can segregate that category. Dice Tech Recruiting also shows contract profiles and full-time profiles, which is the best feature because we know whether the candidate is looking for contract roles or full-time roles and if they are seeking onsite or remote positions, giving us many details before opening the profiles to avoid wasting time on incorrect profiles.

The location and visa filters in Dice Tech Recruiting have helped us close positions because we have to submit candidates within a certain time limit and find candidates according to the specific criteria of the client. These filters have been instrumental in our success.

Dice Tech Recruiting has positively impacted our organization as we have closed many candidates with its help and generated a good amount of revenue.

      What needs improvement?

Dice Tech Recruiting's AI could be improved because it is not providing accurate results.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Dice Tech Recruiting for around two to three years.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting is good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We were using Indeed before Dice Tech Recruiting, but Indeed was not able to fulfill our requirements, so we switched to Dice Tech Recruiting.

      What was our ROI?

In a month, we can generate revenue of around two to four million.

What other advice do I have?

Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities regarding governance and security are good.

Regarding accuracy and reliability of output, Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities are good.

I have no additional thoughts about Dice Tech Recruiting before we wrap up. I would rate this product a 10.

      • "Dice Tech Recruiting positively impacts my organization by supporting us in finding good resources with genuine knowledge and experience about the technology we are submitting for candidates."
      • "There are a few things I think should be improved in Dice Tech Recruiting, such as candidates not providing email addresses and contact numbers, leading to wasted time when we cannot reach them after screening their resumes."

What is our primary use case?

I use Dice Tech Recruiting to find independent candidates who can work independently for fulfilling our client needs in my day-to-day work.

Mainly, I use Dice Tech Recruiting for finding a good resource, as the candidates are uploading their resumes based on their knowledge and experience, which should not be edited significantly.

On a daily basis, I mostly use the domain option because multiple times we get requirements that require a domain-specific candidate, which is really helpful for us.

      What is most valuable?

In my opinion, the best features Dice Tech Recruiting offers include the ability to find independent candidates and add work authorization, location, and domain preferences, making it really useful for my day-to-day talent hunting.

Dice Tech Recruiting positively impacts my organization by supporting us in finding good resources with genuine knowledge and experience about the technology we are submitting for candidates.

It is not about the number of candidates we find over different portals compared to Dice Tech Recruiting; it is about the quality of candidates, where I typically find one or two genuine candidates when calling ten or twenty people on Dice, saving a lot of time.

      What needs improvement?

There are a few things I think should be improved in Dice Tech Recruiting, such as candidates not providing email addresses and contact numbers, leading to wasted time when we cannot reach them after screening their resumes.

This is the main concern that should be resolved, as sharing notifications with candidates about interest in their resumes would really help us connect.

The accuracy of the AI capabilities requires improvement, as it often does not perform as well as my manual creations; it should be able to understand domain specifications better for creating diverse Boolean strings.

Since Dice Tech Recruiting is valuable, the price is slightly higher, and I feel it should be a bit cheaper for better affordability.

For how long have I used the solution?

In my current field, I have been working for the past four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Dice Tech Recruiting is stable, with no real issues of downtime or reliability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

How are customer service and support?

I have never needed to contact customer support for Dice Tech Recruiting because I usually get everything I require from the system.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used the internal database of the company, which was not quite helpful due to limited data, and I switched to Dice Tech Recruiting because it offers a vast array of candidates' resumes and technologies.

      How was the initial setup?

I am not very expert on using the AI capabilities of Dice Tech Recruiting because I primarily create manual strings, but sometimes I take help from the AI system for useful points during candidate conversations.

      What about the implementation team?

Whatever we are receiving from the company side regarding Dice Tech Recruiting is what we are using, as I am not able to specify the deployment details.

      What was our ROI?

Dice Tech Recruiting really helps in time-saving, and that is the relevant metric I can provide at this time.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Dice Tech Recruiting, I evaluated other options, but those were not quite helpful.

What other advice do I have?

I will definitely advise others looking into using Dice Tech Recruiting to switch from other portals as it offers genuine candidates and features that help find the exact candidates clients are looking for. I would rate this product an eight out of ten.
