Some of the most valuable features are the security and the stability, which are great. There are some imperfections, but everything is fine. In general, I think it's one of the best solutions.
Maybe the solution's monitoring could be improved with more dashboards, so there's no back and forth, back and forth.
We have been using this solution for more than five years.
This product is stable.
Our team has done some automating and set up auto-maintenance.
This solution is scalable.
There are more than 1,000 users of this Kaspersky solution in our organization. We have plans to increase our usage.
We have never contacted technical support.
I don't remember exactly, but I think the installation probably took a maximum of three hours for my engineers, maybe less. You can do it yourself. We had a team of four engineers to handle the deployment.
We implemented this solution through an in-house team.
The licensing is affordable. We bought a three-year license. There are no additional costs in addition to the standard license fees.
I rate Kaspersky Endpoint Security a ten out of ten. We have been using Kaspersky since the beginning, and I would definitely recommend it to others who are considering implementation. As I mentioned, I think it's one of the best solutions. Everything is there—the database, information, support—and we're happy that we're using this.
It's on-premise. There are three Kaspersky appliances — EPP, EDR, and the sandbox — that all work together. If someone wants to secure their internal endpoints, they can use the EBB and the EDR tools. You can use these to investigate traffic on the endpoint. The sandboxing feature is used to check the files.
I'd like Kaspersky to be more stable and secure.
We've been providing Kaspersky for many years. Before I joined this company, my company worked for several years with various endpoint protection solutions by Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Carbon Black, and others.
Yeah, yeah. Stable and scalable.
Kaspersky support has cooperated with us. They were very helpful.
Setting up Kaspersky is easy, but it requires two or three core members from our team, including admins and managers if necessary. And that is because of the administration that I mentioned. And we set up an SQL Server to manage Kaspersky. With help from the customer team, it takes only six to seven days to get it working.
Kaspersky requires a license. I don't remember how much it costs exactly, but it's charged per appliance.
I rate Kaspersky Endpoint Security eight out of 10. I recommend it.
We primarily implement the solution for our clients. It's primarily for securing endpoints.
This solution has a good history. We began with Kaspersky. It had a lot of market share and people were very aware of this product.
The solution can scale.
The stability has been good.
The price is a bit expensive. Since 2018, we were moved from Kaspersky South Africa to Kaspersky France. They began increasing the price. In the beginning, they gave us rebates. We began with 25% and now we're down to 12%.
It's more and more difficult for our customers. It's grown more expensive and customers are not happy about it.
The solution has been stable. Sometimes clients might have configuration issues, however, we have been able to deal with that and help them through. It doesn't crash or freeze. there aren't bugs. It's reliable.
The solution is scalable and has an add-on EDR as an option. If a company wants to expand its offering, it can. It's not an issue.
We have many solutions that we deal with. The best is Kaspersky for sure. However, we are expanding our business on Symantec, also, for the last three years. With Acronis, we are just beginning. We have no more than one year with this product.
The deployment isn't bad. We can help clients with it and walk them through it to make everything easy.
We are able to assist clients if they need help with the initial setup
The solution is growing more expensive and it's becoming an issue.
We are using the latest version of the solution, the Cloud Free Plus with add-on EDR. The last version.
I'd advise potential new users to be confident in the product.
I'm satisfied with the product, however, I'm not really going any deeper with it than I already am. If you don't have protection, ransomware might get you, and then things will be a mess. It's good to have some protection.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. We've been happy with the product's capabilities.
We use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business to protect against threats.

I rate Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business a nine out of ten.
My primary use case is on server workload, where this solution works really well.
Areas for improvement include signature update management and selecting the respective features on the endpoint side. There are so many features available that it can be difficult to know which to choose, and if you have very low-level endpoint devices, the user experience is slower, especially when updates are running.
I've been using this solution for about three years.
This product is stable, though that can depend on business structure and the kinds of devices used.
This solution is scalable.

We primarily use the solution for version and device control. That's why we have moved to Kaspersky. It's meant to be assisting us with device and control issues.
The solution is light. It's is easy on the client-side, and even on the server. It doesn't take much processing power. There's no bottleneck of the applications.
We have the ability to restrict users and third-party VPNs. We have control over the user and application access and have put in place policy-based safeguards also.
The solution has been quite stable.
The scalability is good.
We have found the initial setup to be rather straightforward.
We found that, for some reason, some site URLs were being blocked in Kaspersky. However, we have since found a solution. As it stands now, the URL opening issue has been resolved on our end.
The solution could be more secure.
We have been using Kaspersky for almost two years.
The stability is good. The performance is reliable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze.
The scalability of the product has been good overall. If you need to expand it, you can.
In head office, we are using the product on the client end for about 100 plus people. On the server end, we use it as well for about 60.
We've never contacted technical support as we have not found any complexity regarding the product. It's a product that is easy to deploy and control.
We are also using Symantec. While we have been using Kaspersky for about two years, we've used Symantec for around eight to ten years.
We also leverage a Cisco-based firewall to increase security.
The installation is very straightforward and simple. It's not difficult. A company shouldn't have any issues with the process.
We have two personnel that handle deployment and maintenance. One is currently managing it, and the other is managing the client end.
We have a yearly license with Kaspersky currently. It has already gotten renewed after its first expiry. We will renew it. When we renew it, we tend to make sure it's also as up-to-date as possible.
We have the latest version of the solution installed currently.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten overall. We are quite happy with its capabilities so far.
I would recommend the solution to other users and organizations.
I like the security that this solution provides. It not only protects against the outside world, but it also protects against careless users. We do have users who make careless mistakes in the operation, but the system protects them from their attacks, and we can easily identify and follow up on the problem.
The performance could be better.
We would like to see improved performance and faster deployment in the next release.
I have been using Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business for ten years.
It's a server-based application.
We are using the latest version. We update it daily.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is reliable, but it can be resource-intensive at times.
We have approximately 130 users in our organization.
We used technical support about once a year on average.
There are some issues with the configuration, but it is still very good, and the impact on general use operations is minimal.
The installation is a little complicated and can take a long time, and it requires a policy for our internal control.
The installation requires an experienced user.
We have two mechanical team members to maintain this solution.
I would recommend this solution to others.
