The solution’s initial setup is easy.

Oracle ERP Cloud is deployed on the Oracle cloud in our organization. I would recommend Oracle ERP Cloud to other users.

Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.

I recently made the move from Oracle ABS to Oracle Cloud.

One of the most valuable aspects is that it's a cloud-based solution. It's easy to deploy, and we don't have to worry about upgrading anything.

Additionally, it allows for easy accessibility by many people, especially while working from home.

One disadvantage is that we don't have immediate access to evaluate or fix data that is not in the app until we own the database.

I have been using this solution for three years. We are currently using version 23B under licensing.

It is a stable solution.

It is scalable, but it does have some limitations. I would rate the scalability a seven out of ten. There are over 1000 users in my organization using this solution. 

The customer service and support team is okay.

The initial setup is really easy but takes a bit of time. It usually takes around five to six hours.

We don't have to deploy it ourselves. Oracle takes care of the deployment, so we don't need any engineers or architects.

We also have to handle the maintenance.

Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. 

Oracle ERP Cloud is a comprehensive solution.

The solution should implement improvements with AI technology. Specifically, in the realm of ERP tools, this can be particularly beneficial, not only for cloud-based systems but for all types of tools. Additionally, a highly desirable feature is the ability to work offline. 

I have been using Oracle ERP Cloud for approximately two years.

We had stability issues with the solution but it was not the solution's fault, it was our internet service. 

The solution is approximately 70 percent scalable. We have more than 100 people using the solution in my organization.

It is difficult to accurately assess the complexity of implementing an ERP Cloud system, as it is dependent on the size of the company, the modules required, the number of employees, and the scope of the project. Depending on these factors, the amount of time needed for implementation can vary greatly.

There are certain criteria that must be met in order to achieve the desired outcome. This includes the requirement definition phase, analyzing and designing, implementation, training, data conversion, and migration. Depending on the complexity of the project, it could take up to one year to complete the deployment.

The price of the solution is expensive. There are additional costs associated with this particular case that must be taken into consideration when calculating the overall expense. These costs may include but are not limited to, additional materials, labor, and other miscellaneous expenses that may arise during the course of the project. It is important to note that these additional costs may exceed the initial pricing estimate.

I would advise that anyone considering using Oracle ERP Cloud in the future should put a significant amount of effort into their planning and preparation for the project. This will be beneficial in the long run, as it will help to ensure that the project is successful and that any issues are addressed before they become a problem. The lessons I have learned so far are that the more effort you put into the planning and preparation stages, the better the outcome of the project will be.

I rate Oracle ERP Cloud a ten out of ten.

Most customers use Oracle ERP Cloud for the Oracle financial module.

Oracle ERP Cloud is the next-generation ERP solution by Oracle versus the on-premise application. My company found the financial planning and budgeting modules of Oracle ERP Cloud more sophisticated and valuable than its other modules.

Oracle ERP Cloud needs to be more mature, especially in terms of some advanced modules, such as manufacturing, supply chain planning, and production. Each module I mentioned has a lot of room for improvement.

Another area for improvement in Oracle ERP Cloud is its pricing. The price needs to be more affordable to make the product more popular with customers. Otherwise, Oracle ERP Cloud won't have good sales in Bangladesh.

We've been working with Oracle ERP Cloud since 2016.

I found Oracle ERP Cloud stable, so I'm giving it eight out of ten.

Oracle ERP Cloud is pretty scalable. I'm rating its scalability nine out of ten.

My company contacts Oracle ERP Cloud technical support when there's any bug or error in the product, but support-wise, it's a six out of ten. Oracle support needs to improve by adding more team members. Support for Oracle ERP Cloud needs a boost.

The initial setup for Oracle ERP Cloud wasn't that easy. It's in the middle. Complexity-wise, it's a seven out of ten.

My company's deployment strategy for Oracle ERP Cloud is through the agile methodology, and on top of that, with very minimum personalization, it doesn't take much time to deploy. Deploying Oracle ERP Cloud for a project takes four months.

In a developing country such as Bangladesh, Oracle ERP Cloud is expensive compared to on-premise solutions, so the turnover is very low. Customers become more comfortable using on-premise services because of the high subscription costs of Oracle ERP Cloud. Very few customers here in Bangladesh use Oracle ERP Cloud.

The product is very costly for customers in developing countries. However, it may not be that costly for customers in developed countries.

My company pays for an annual subscription to Oracle ERP Cloud, and the contract is for two years, minimum. The contract includes all features and technical support.

Rating the pricing for Oracle ERP Cloud would vary from customer to customer, but here in Bangladesh, it's the most expensive, so it's a one out of ten for being expensive.

The headcount cost for each employee or executive in Bangladesh is low compared to other parts of the world. Suppose you're looking at deploying a cloud solution. In that case, people need to train more employees, so the cost of ownership is going to be high for on-premise applications, which would seem that it's better to go on the cloud, and this is what's happening in developed countries. People in developed countries are moving towards replacing on-premise applications with cloud solutions. However, that's not happening in Bangladesh or India because the human-resource cost is not so expensive, so a SaaS solution such as Oracle ERP Cloud isn't as popular. People here in Bangladesh do not have much interest in purchasing SaaS-based modules.

My company has a partnership with Oracle and SAP, working in the Bangladesh and Malaysia market. The company has had a partnership with Oracle since 2015 and recently started a partnership with SAP, but it has been implementing SAP solutions since 2018.

My company works as a system integrator for Oracle and SAP.

The company works with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Database. It provides Oracle Database migration services to customers and business utilization services through Oracle Analytics Cloud.

In terms of SAP, my company works with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One.

My company always provides the latest version of Oracle ERP Cloud.

Oracle ERP Cloud is SaaS-based, so it has to be deployed on Oracle Cloud. There's no other deployment option because Oracle offers it on a data center SaaS model.

Only two to three technical people in my company handled the Oracle ERP Cloud deployment.

My company handles Oracle ERP Cloud maintenance, but because it's a pretty straightforward SaaS application and on the cloud, it doesn't require much support.

My rating for Oracle ERP Cloud is six out of ten.

My company is an Oracle partner and reseller that implements Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle solutions.

We're using this solution to take our organization to a higher level of maturity, where we can adopt the standard business process that comes from Oracle Cloud. We are customers of Oracle and I'm the company director. 

I think the integration layer is valuable, the solution in general is beneficial and user-friendly, as is its ability to generate the TBI set of reports. We're also getting the benefits that come with the box functionality, notifications, standard reports, and business intelligence - basically all the good things that come with moving to the cloud.

In some areas, the user interface is still not very presentable for a cloud solution in some areas. There are several additional features we'd like to see in a new release.

I've been using this solution for two years. 

We use ERP Cloud for managing finances, HCM expenses, procurement, etc. It's a full enterprise resource solution. We're a smaller organization with about 150 employees and anyone who deals with finances, accounting, and expense management uses Oracle. 

ERP Cloud's most valuable features are general ledger, accounting, expense management, and procurement. These four functions are crucial.

The main thing Cloud ERP could improve is usability. However, it's not just an issue with Oracle. Most ERP solutions are not very user-friendly, so I think that could be the key improvement.

I've been using Oracle ERP Cloud at this company for about nine months now.

Oracle ERP Cloud is highly scalable.

Oracle doesn't provide support directly. They have implementation partners. When we have a bug, support is highly responsive, but if it's a new feature, the response time depends on how many clients. It could take longer.

Oracle ERP Cloud is one of the most expensive solutions. I rate it three out of 10 for affordability. 

I rate Oracle ERP Cloud nine out of 10. ERP Cloud is more suitable for larger enterprises, not small companies. Most of the organizations that have implemented it are in the services sector. But If your organization is big enough, the main thing is to keep it simple. If you make the system complicated, it becomes more expensive to maintain. Keep it as simple, but functional.

I am the ITC general manager with our company in Libya. I am responsible for all the ERP projects in our sector in the country. Four of our subsidiary companies have implemented Oracle ERP Cloud.

We are using a hybrid solution, using some Oracle solutions and using our own cloud service to host the server.

Maintenance of the solution requires a team because we also support our subsidiary.

We are using a hybrid solution so that we can use full sets.

Oracle ERP Cloud could improve the payment transfer. In Libya, the local pay is on the cloud, only there one can see the payroll, so it is very important for us to have a payroll model added.

Oracle ERP Cloud is a stable solution.

Technical support is good, however, sometimes we do need to wait for an answer.

The solution's initial setup is straightforward.

Prior to Oracle ERP Cloud, we were using either SAS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Moving to this new solution, we can unify the previous versions.

We have an annual license with Oracle, however, if we need additional features we do pay for them.

In our situation, the solution needs to handle working with other countries. We need special features and that's why we have a payment agreement regarding the support and transfer.

I would rate Oracle ERP Cloud an eight out of ten.

In my current workplace, we use the Oracle Cloud ERP to manage our HR information - including general employee information, and payroll information, salary, promotion, and performance position information. We've also connected this HR module. We utilize the Oracle Cloud ERP to manage our HR and finance.

I really like the cloud feature. That's the most famous and the best one on the market. You can save lots of costs in comparison with an in-house solution.

The solution is scalable and very stable. You don't need to worry about the underpinning infrastructure. The system backup, we don't need to worry about it.

As an ERP solution, the design concept is complicated due to the fact that it will manage almost everything regarding the business operations. It's not designed to simplify something, it's actually designed to regulate or make it more integral. It should be easy to use per se. All ERP systems are quite sophisticated and not easy to master, however, the value of the ERP system needs to provide accurate business information to the leadership. The interface could be improved in future releases. 

I've been using the solution for three or more years. It's been a while at this point.

The stability of the product is very good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable. 

The scalability of the solution is very good. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so with relative ease.

We have 185 users on the solution.

We do have plans to continue usage and renew our license.

Technical support is okay. If you want to have it on a higher level or get better service, you have to pay. It's an additional cost.

For the most part, we are satisfied with the level of support we have.

As a could-based solution, there isn't really an installation process required.

The solution allows us to save on costs. It's less expensive than an on-prem version.

We pay a yearly licensing fee. It's still relatively expensive. We'd like it to be cheaper still.

Technical support runs on tiers. Better service requires an extra payment.

I evaluated SAP and Oracle EBS, as well as Oracle PeopleSoft. However, eventually, we choose Oracle Cloud ERP.

SAP is very heavy and expensive, which is why we didn't choose it.

I am a customer and an end-user of this solution.

As a cloud-based solution, we are always on the latest version.

I would recommend the solution to other users.

I'd rate the solution at a seven out of ten. If the pricing or interface were better, I would likely rate it a bit higher.

We have one project where the customer migrated from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. We have used the tool for finance, purchase management, order management, and enterprise asset management. I have also used Oracle Services Procurement.

The solution has a standard process. We do not customize the processes. The tool is useful for business intelligence and data analytics. The solution saves time and money. We can provide real-time reporting to our management. We saved EUR 100 in the first year. The implementation was huge. It is not difficult to integrate the solution with other systems.

The tool is very expensive in Romania.

I have been offering the solution for the last two to three years.

The implementation was difficult since it was for a large company. It took us one year. The tool is now in production. We worked on the initial setup for six months. We had to analyze and model data.

We have a project that implements Oracle Analytics over SAP. Oracle Analytics helps synchronize SAP with data analytics and enables decision-making in the sales process. We're developing a new application with Oracle APEX and Java to integrate it with other systems. I will recommend the tool to others. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.

Our company works with customers in the finance domain who use the solution for recording financial transactions. 

Built-in business intelligence has real-time reporting features that are quite handy. 

Invoice scanning and one-time payment processing are valuable.

The expenses mobile app calculates different mileages than the URL version for the same user and single log-in. We have asked Oracle to look into this issue. 

Additional features could be added to the invoice scanning tool.

Navigation is not simple so configurations are time consuming until you get used to the format. 

I have been using the solution for three years.

The solution is scalable. 

Technical support is not swift so should leverage their access level. In the cloud environment, support has access to our system and could pull data instead of asking us to provide diagnostic tests to them. 

The setup is quite easy because you have access to handy features like rapid implementation files, spreadsheets, data migration files, FBDI, and ADFDI. 

Configurations do not take much time once you are used to the navigation. It is quite easy to upload files because templates are provided. 

We implemented the solution in-house. Time for deployment depends on the project scope and features selected. 

It is important to engage end users in the change process as early as possible. Users will be entering source transactions so they need to be at the forefront and should thoroughly familiarize themselves with the system in advance.
