We use the solution to manage financial well-being, organization, and human resources.

We haven't fully unlocked its potential. Oracle ERP Cloud can benefit us through increased employee resource management. Implementing it requires robust planning tools and strong alignment with our broader business strategy.

I have been using Oracle ERP Cloud for 17 years.

The product is stable, but there is a concern in our network.

Around 3500 users are using the solution.

Oracle ERP Cloud is a great tool. We're not using it to its full capability. It's a matter of one doing their research and comparing, but the team can do much more than what we are using it for currently.

Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Our primary use case we are having multiple systems based on the business requirements. Either we are pulling data from ERP, or project-related data. In this project, we are mostly making use of the supply chain model and financial model of Oracle ERP Cloud.

It is easy and very convenient for clients to go to the front end and check whatever update they wanted to look at. If we are loading data in the back end, they do not have access to that. The client can go ahead and check on the front end.

Informatica is not the best tool to push data in the ERP. Except for every APN, we can make use of APIs, and that makes development complex. I would like to see an improved approach to pulling data with VDI.

I have been working with Oracle ERP Cloud for one year now.

There is stability.

There are more than five hundred individuals working on the solution.

Technical support is good but there are many things that they need to work on and improve. It generally takes two to three days to get a response after a ticket is issued.

We currently have EBS, Concord, and Salesforce used by different clients. We do not always have access to the Salesforce database.

The initial setup is not complex. There is a disk and it is very convenient to go browse it, log in with your SSO or your credentials, and get the information you need. 

The implementation was done in-house.

When you are dealing with a large event, supply chains, and as well as there are any number of models, there will be one place where you can access all the information. It will be complex because it is going to deal with multiple models. I would rate Oracle ERP Cloud an eight on a scale of one to ten.

We use Oracle ERP Cloud for any business purpose such as supply chain, financials, in-house management, movement of materials, etc.

What's most valuable in Oracle ERP Cloud is that it's one of the largest ERPs available in the market and it has a lot of customization features. It also has a lot of flexibility and integration options that work with other applications. Many of the customers also migrate to the cloud, so Oracle ERP Cloud is a preferred solution.

In terms of areas for improvement, there are still a lot of other features that need to be incorporated into the future releases of Oracle ERP Cloud. We're hoping those would come soon because they're available in other ERP systems. For example, we used to have a lot of AME customizations in the BPM, but now we have a very limited scope, so it would be great if we could extend our scope. Currently, we are working with product teams to get through some of those solutions, and how we could implement them, so we have some workarounds to deal with, but we still have a long road ahead.

I've been using Oracle ERP Cloud for quite some time, in particular, four or five years now. I'm using the latest version of the solution because it has a quarterly patch, so it gets upgraded, and it's on the cloud, so I don't need to worry about the version.

Oracle ERP Cloud is a fairly stable solution. My company only needs to retest some of the applications and point that to product development during patching cycles, but the solution has evolved far more than it was a couple of years back.

My company hasn't tried scaling Oracle ERP Cloud, but to do it, you have to take care of cloud port profiling first, and whenever you see that the performance isn't good, you can always request for cloud port profiling. The Oracle ERP Cloud team does the rightsizing of the application, and that improves performance. With the solution, there's a way to try other things first before scaling, and I'm fine with that.

I do deal with the technical support team of Oracle ERP Cloud for issues and gaps, and on a scale of one to five, where one is the worst and five is the best, I'm rating support a four.

The initial setup of Oracle ERP Cloud is simple as it is cloud-based. The solution has import and export features, and you can use a template to upload, so setting up Oracle ERP Cloud is easy.

I'm using Oracle ERP Cloud. I'm not an IT person. I'm more of a consultant.

The solution is on the cloud, so there's not much to maintain, and this makes Oracle ERP Cloud more portable and easier to use.

I would recommend Oracle ERP Cloud to others.

I'm rating Oracle ERP Cloud eight out of ten as it has many features and many modules, though giving it a generic rating would be difficult because it would still depend on the releases of the solution, in terms of respective modules and business flows, but it has improved now, particularly in the customer experience area. I also noticed that the supply chain feature of Oracle ERP Cloud is coming up with a lot of flows and several advanced supply chain features being integrated into the solution, and that makes Oracle ERP Cloud a better ERP solution in the years to come.

I recently made the move from Oracle ABS to Oracle Cloud.

One of the most valuable aspects is that it's a cloud-based solution. It's easy to deploy, and we don't have to worry about upgrading anything.

Additionally, it allows for easy accessibility by many people, especially while working from home.

One disadvantage is that we don't have immediate access to evaluate or fix data that is not in the app until we own the database.

I have been using this solution for three years. We are currently using version 23B under licensing.

It is a stable solution.

It is scalable, but it does have some limitations. I would rate the scalability a seven out of ten. There are over 1000 users in my organization using this solution. 

The customer service and support team is okay.

The initial setup is really easy but takes a bit of time. It usually takes around five to six hours.

We don't have to deploy it ourselves. Oracle takes care of the deployment, so we don't need any engineers or architects.

We also have to handle the maintenance.

Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I would like to improve the tool’s budgeting and reporting. I know that Oracle is working on the tool’s analytics part so I expect the analytical feature in its future releases.

I would rate the tool’s scalability a seven out of ten. My company has around 250 users which consist of IT specialists, engineers, frontend, and backend specialists.

We deployed the solution in this order- Financial, HCM, and budget. The deployment took some time since we implemented some steps for the process.

The tool’s integration was done by a consultant company.

We pay additional costs to a consulting company.

We evaluated the SAP ERP solution before choosing Oracle ERP.

I would rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.

Most customers use Oracle ERP Cloud for the Oracle financial module.

Oracle ERP Cloud is the next-generation ERP solution by Oracle versus the on-premise application. My company found the financial planning and budgeting modules of Oracle ERP Cloud more sophisticated and valuable than its other modules.

Oracle ERP Cloud needs to be more mature, especially in terms of some advanced modules, such as manufacturing, supply chain planning, and production. Each module I mentioned has a lot of room for improvement.

Another area for improvement in Oracle ERP Cloud is its pricing. The price needs to be more affordable to make the product more popular with customers. Otherwise, Oracle ERP Cloud won't have good sales in Bangladesh.

We've been working with Oracle ERP Cloud since 2016.

I found Oracle ERP Cloud stable, so I'm giving it eight out of ten.

Oracle ERP Cloud is pretty scalable. I'm rating its scalability nine out of ten.

My company contacts Oracle ERP Cloud technical support when there's any bug or error in the product, but support-wise, it's a six out of ten. Oracle support needs to improve by adding more team members. Support for Oracle ERP Cloud needs a boost.

The initial setup for Oracle ERP Cloud wasn't that easy. It's in the middle. Complexity-wise, it's a seven out of ten.

My company's deployment strategy for Oracle ERP Cloud is through the agile methodology, and on top of that, with very minimum personalization, it doesn't take much time to deploy. Deploying Oracle ERP Cloud for a project takes four months.

In a developing country such as Bangladesh, Oracle ERP Cloud is expensive compared to on-premise solutions, so the turnover is very low. Customers become more comfortable using on-premise services because of the high subscription costs of Oracle ERP Cloud. Very few customers here in Bangladesh use Oracle ERP Cloud.

The product is very costly for customers in developing countries. However, it may not be that costly for customers in developed countries.

My company pays for an annual subscription to Oracle ERP Cloud, and the contract is for two years, minimum. The contract includes all features and technical support.

Rating the pricing for Oracle ERP Cloud would vary from customer to customer, but here in Bangladesh, it's the most expensive, so it's a one out of ten for being expensive.

The headcount cost for each employee or executive in Bangladesh is low compared to other parts of the world. Suppose you're looking at deploying a cloud solution. In that case, people need to train more employees, so the cost of ownership is going to be high for on-premise applications, which would seem that it's better to go on the cloud, and this is what's happening in developed countries. People in developed countries are moving towards replacing on-premise applications with cloud solutions. However, that's not happening in Bangladesh or India because the human-resource cost is not so expensive, so a SaaS solution such as Oracle ERP Cloud isn't as popular. People here in Bangladesh do not have much interest in purchasing SaaS-based modules.

My company has a partnership with Oracle and SAP, working in the Bangladesh and Malaysia market. The company has had a partnership with Oracle since 2015 and recently started a partnership with SAP, but it has been implementing SAP solutions since 2018.

My company works as a system integrator for Oracle and SAP.

The company works with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Database. It provides Oracle Database migration services to customers and business utilization services through Oracle Analytics Cloud.

In terms of SAP, my company works with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One.

The company provides services to customers.

My company always provides the latest version of Oracle ERP Cloud.

Oracle ERP Cloud is SaaS-based, so it has to be deployed on Oracle Cloud. There's no other deployment option because Oracle offers it on a data center SaaS model.

Only two to three technical people in my company handled the Oracle ERP Cloud deployment.

My company handles Oracle ERP Cloud maintenance, but because it's a pretty straightforward SaaS application and on the cloud, it doesn't require much support.

My rating for Oracle ERP Cloud is six out of ten.

My company is an Oracle partner and reseller that implements Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle solutions.

We're using this solution to take our organization to a higher level of maturity, where we can adopt the standard business process that comes from Oracle Cloud. We are customers of Oracle and I'm the company director. 

I think the integration layer is valuable, the solution in general is beneficial and user-friendly, as is its ability to generate the TBI set of reports. We're also getting the benefits that come with the box functionality, notifications, standard reports, and business intelligence - basically all the good things that come with moving to the cloud.

In some areas, the user interface is still not very presentable for a cloud solution in some areas. There are several additional features we'd like to see in a new release.

I've been using this solution for two years. 

Oracle ERP Cloud is a comprehensive solution.

The solution should implement improvements with AI technology. Specifically, in the realm of ERP tools, this can be particularly beneficial, not only for cloud-based systems but for all types of tools. Additionally, a highly desirable feature is the ability to work offline. 

I have been using Oracle ERP Cloud for approximately two years.

We had stability issues with the solution but it was not the solution's fault, it was our internet service. 

The solution is approximately 70 percent scalable. We have more than 100 people using the solution in my organization.

It is difficult to accurately assess the complexity of implementing an ERP Cloud system, as it is dependent on the size of the company, the modules required, the number of employees, and the scope of the project. Depending on these factors, the amount of time needed for implementation can vary greatly.

There are certain criteria that must be met in order to achieve the desired outcome. This includes the requirement definition phase, analyzing and designing, implementation, training, data conversion, and migration. Depending on the complexity of the project, it could take up to one year to complete the deployment.

The price of the solution is expensive. There are additional costs associated with this particular case that must be taken into consideration when calculating the overall expense. These costs may include but are not limited to, additional materials, labor, and other miscellaneous expenses that may arise during the course of the project. It is important to note that these additional costs may exceed the initial pricing estimate.

I would advise that anyone considering using Oracle ERP Cloud in the future should put a significant amount of effort into their planning and preparation for the project. This will be beneficial in the long run, as it will help to ensure that the project is successful and that any issues are addressed before they become a problem. The lessons I have learned so far are that the more effort you put into the planning and preparation stages, the better the outcome of the project will be.
