Cornerstone has acquired EdCast to change how it integrates and uses skills management. Cornerstone has been holistic for many years and already has most functionalities. I would like to see how it works in the future. We do not need an LXP. If the LMS is managed correctly, there's no business case to have an LXP in addition to an LMS. I would not recommend the solution to others. Overall, I rate the solution one out of ten.
