My relationship with Microsoft is that I am an end user. I would rate the scalability of Office 365 a nine on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 represents low scalability and 10 represents high scalability. I would rate the stability of Office 365 a nine on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 represents low stability and 10 represents high stability. My thoughts about the price of Office 365 are that it is acceptable. I would rate Office 365 overall an eight on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 represents the worst solution and 10 represents the best solution. My company name is Linda, and I have the title of Support. My email address is boris_kaluza@enter.sk.
I never used that due to restrictions. I don't raise tickets to Microsoft if I have issues or questions.I have been using it for a long time, from version eight to nine. I can debug issues myself because I know them, but I have to run through all slides and create fresh new templates or do manual work. I have workaround solutions, but when I have complex slides and multiple materials to combine, I get prompts when saving that require additional steps. The overall rating for Office 365 is 7 out of 10.

I am not sure if we bought it on the AWS Marketplace because this is handled by the MIS department. The whole package includes Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure server, and software firmware. We use more than two features automatically. Every time we face a problem, we can handle it. We might be using Copilot, not Security Copilot. To integrate Office 365 in our daily business workflows, it is not really tightly integrated with Copilot or other systems; it functions as a typical office solution. We share information and use it for operation. We are using Office 365 for operation, development, documents, and information only. It is not deeply integrated with other systems Azure or management tools, so I am looking for any service that can be integrated with our program or process. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this solution an 8.5.

We are just a consumer. We do directly deal with Microsoft, but we have some vendors here in UAE who provide us all the solutions from Microsoft if we need them. For example, if we need our Office 365 licenses, if we need E5, E3, or whatever licenses we require, we have to have a vendor here in UAE, and they provide us with all the requirements. In our company we have our own IT team for everything; we have a department for that. We are an MNC company operating in about 80 countries. They have very good staff, and because the main HQ is in UAE, the IT HQ manages everything from there. It's more than 10,000 people using Office 365 in our organization, but I'm not sure about the exact number of staff we have. I would rate Office 365 overall at eight out of ten.
To manage and maintain Office 365, deployment depends on the use cases. The complete suite is not needed on every endpoint. For example, the Project Management suite is necessary only for PMO team members. Otherwise, just the Office suite is sufficient if they are not looking for the Designer component. The integration with Copilot is a good example of AI integration. It would be beneficial to have open options to use any kind of AI that is available, apart from only being tightly integrated with Microsoft. The Office suite can be integrated with many applications. On a scale of one to ten, this solution deserves a rating of nine.
I don't want to publish my review on the PeerSpot platform in public, as much as possible. I'm okay with providing only my feedback without any personal details. For my final points for Office 365, I would rate it an 8.

For students or family users, it is a good subscription due to the variety of available productivity suites. Overall, I rate Office 365 a nine out of ten as there is room for improvement.

Office 365 is a reliable and feature-rich platform. To fully benefit from it, users need to explore its various tools, which enhance productivity. It would be helpful to have a popup or widget providing training tips or news about features, like what used to appear for Windows products. I would rate the overall solution an 8 out of 10.
I would recommend Microsoft 365 to other businesses as it is a better product compared to its competitors. I rate the overall solution a seven out of ten.

The collaboration with other companies through Office 365 allows for secure document sharing and access to another company’s data once compliance is met and access is approved. The overall rating for Office 365 is nine out of ten.
It's essential to consider the user's knowledge when recommending an Office 365 plan. For example, recommending an E5 license to someone without administrative knowledge doesn't make sense. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Office 365 as a seven.
I would rate my overall experience with Office 365 as 8 out of 10. I would recommend Office 365 for its capabilities in handling collaboration, secure document sharing, and using standard tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and presentations.
Office 365 is user-friendly, especially when working with Windows as it collaborates well with tools. I would highly recommend Office 365 to everyone. I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.
Learn the product before you jump in, it is very powerful, but that means it isn't always easy to manage. Changes can be simple as checking a box, or as complicated as sending PowerShell code, best to know how to use the features you want before you move everyone over.

Office 365 has got variety of subscriptions. Very good option for small and medium business. Office 365 email solution is excellent, very good admin control console to enable security features to inbound and outbound emails. This is part of basic standard subscription itself. As the subscription modules goes up, the security features are too notch. Email spam and malware can be integrated with third party solutions like Symantec email cloud security or barracuda or any other solution. Without any hesitations one can go for this...

It will make everything easier once you start using it. I'd rate the solution a nine out of ten. It's great. It's a really excellent solution.
I strongly recommend this solution. they are very good at what they do. I work as a reseller. I am unable to be a partner. It's similar to having one in each country. For example, we charge most of the sales and pay something to Microsoft. Then, in cycles. As an authorized seller, I'm here to help. The advice I would give them is to go with the best plan, which is both expensive and not cheap. Then they can start using it a little bit to see how the platform works, and then they can go to the Microsoft site and see how scalable the email as a mail platform is. I would rate Office 365 a five out of ten.

I've been selling all kinds of solutions, including Office 365, Power BI, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365. I'm based in Brazil and I've been working with Microsoft partners. We have a whole list of customers who use Microsoft solutions. We usually deal with the newest versions and models of Microsoft products. I don't know exactly what could be improved in this solution. There could be a small room for improvement, but I don't know what it is, or if Microsoft Defender for Office 365 really needs improvement, because it is a very solid solution. For deployment and maintenance of this solution, we have five people who are in charge. I don't have direct interaction with technical support, so I can't say from my experience if it's good or not, but what I observed it they give very good support. My advice for people planning to use Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is that it's a very good solution, and they won't have problems using it. I'm rating Microsoft Defender for Office 365 a nine out of ten.

I would recommend it because it's rather user friendly and we don't have any particular problems. I would recommend it to a company without a problem. A need that a company like ours has is that we want to be able to have data flow into one tool, for example, for all the management of tasks through the company and workflow of who is doing what and so on. There are no real solutions for this at the moment in Office 365. It would be nice if they could implement this in the next release, so we can have one solution from one company giving us the whole data and flow of data into the company. I would rate Office 365 an eight out of ten.

Microsoft Office is a basic tool in consulting. I have implemented macros, specialized Office tools, and applications for it using Visual Basic. I usually need to design tools for our clients, because I want to give them a really good product. It needs to be more than Excel, alone, because it has to be easy to enter data. There are also calculations that happen in the background, and we do not want the client to be harassed by things that they do not need to know. The mission of the Office is to do small computations. It is a tool for small documents and spreadsheets, and I think it's perfect for what it's meant to be. On the other hand, there is always something that can be improved. I would rate this solution a four out of ten.

If you need, reach out to MS support. They were really helpful in setting things up for our team.
The advice I would give depends mainly on their requirements. If they need to minimize their administration, Office 365 would be an excellent option. On a scale of one to ten, one being the lowest and ten being the highest, I would rate this product a seven.
The version we are using is very generic. It requires that you perform a lot of customizations. I rate this product a 7 out of 10. I give it this rating because it works but it's not sophisticated enough and not specialized enough for health care. It requires a lot of time to customize.
It is a nice service that lets us share information easily. Look into the security and cost of the solution before purchasing.
