I am using KnowBe4 for security purposes. When I joined USAID in 2019 for three years, I gained experience with KnowBe4. Each year, employees have to take a training course as part of the USAID company policy. From 2019 until now, I am currently working with a big contractor company in Saudi Arabia called Nesma Partners, and they also use KnowBe4. They share training courses issued by KnowBe4 to all employees, and we are required to take the training course as part of the company policy.

Our usual use cases for KnowBe4 involve conducting training awarenesses based on the types of phishing, smishing, and vishing use cases. We raise awareness because our company is a global company, so people might get emails or text messages that are not from within the company. We raise those awarenesses to make them aware of the types of things they can expect, and also to be aware of all the cyber securities that exist within the country, within the world, etc. We use those use cases to raise awareness based on that. I do not use KnowBe4's PhishER component yet. I haven't used it, but I am looking into using it because I did read about it and try to gain an understanding of how it could be used as a use case within the organization.

KnowBe4 is prominent in South Africa since 2016. I used it at Easy Pay, SARS (our tax authority in South Africa), and now at Capitec. I have moved on from creating and simulating phishing emails since 2017. At the bank, we look after the infrastructure, licensing, and features. The junior compliance team helps set up simulations to catch people through Teams messages or links. We must make the phishing emails better with the AI models that can be added through an extra license. The content must be very realistic so people can see the actual aftermath.

I deploy Novo4 to customers for the benefit of security awareness training for their users. I simulate email phishing campaigns that intrigue the end user to make mistakes as far as phishing attempts go. I put in links that they're not supposed to click on. When they do, I get alerted, report on that, and send additional training on how to be more aware.
We use the solution to lower human element risk. By providing recurring security awareness training, simulated phish testing for immediate reaction training, and more, our risk is significantly lowered. By requiring onboarding security awareness training, ongoing training, and our coupling of other layers of security, we have yet to be hit with malware or ransomware. KnowBe4's solution plays a big role in this. Our use case focuses on positive reinforcement and benefit and not punitive. This has the benefit of protecting the end-user in their personal life, as well!

We use the platform to provide security awareness training and conduct simulated phishing campaigns for end users. We also generate detailed reports on security metrics and trends.
I use KnowBe4 for training. I educate company staff, and as a partner of KnowBe4, I sell the subscription. I basically use some educational videos, interaction modules, and testing. Sometimes I test them with simulated phishing attacks.

Because of COVID, a lot of our training this year is done through Knowbe4. We've been using it a lot for training, especially for remote users. We not only have security training; we also have done some COVID training through it.
Old school Security Awareness Training is static. It’s a one-time event without follow-up. KnowBe4's Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training starts with a baseline test to show the actual Phish-prone percentage of your users. Then it steps users through effective, interactive, on-demand browser-based training. As step three, you send frequent simulated phishing attacks to your employees to reinforce the training. This last feature, frequent simulated phishing attacks (we recommend at the...
