For improvement, I suggest implementing optimistic execution that allows nodes to process blocks ahead of time for quicker responses, potentially cutting down block times. Additionally, dynamic block intervals for adjusting based on network conditions could optimize resources, increasing transaction throughput when demand is high. I choose 9 out of 10 because there are one or two improvements needed. With 11 years of experience, I recognize that others with more experience may find additional areas for improvement, but I am hopeful that future updates will address those.

I do not think there are any improvements needed for 1Kosmos BlockID. After using it for the last two years, we do not see any challenges, and the features we are using are pretty much enough for our use case. We are satisfied with 1Kosmos BlockID, and I do not see a need for any improvements at least for this use case.
