PeopleStrong is good. The only thing is that they have complete SaaS-based solutions. But sometimes, we feel that we should have an API-based integration aspect. This does not exist right now because we have a separate portal for PeopleStrong. They have been logged in via SSO. But if we want to integrate it via API in the current people system, that feature is not available right now.
They could improve talent management capabilities. The sales support services could be better. From the product's perspective, it could be even more stable. The platform's search features could be enhanced by using AI to make it more relevant. They need to improve reporting and analytics features. Additionally, they need to work on integration capabilities with other products in the ecosystem.

They had challenges getting the performance management system up and integrated with our systems. The same is true for their expense and payroll, but those challenges date back to pre-2019, and there were upgrades which they later streamlined. So I'm unsure if those challenges still exist. The version was more stable towards the end of when we used it eight months ago. Career management and succession planning could be included in the next release, but it may have been added since the last time we used it.

Better facilities for complying with the GDPR data privacy act would be helpful because this is something that is difficult for us. It would be helpful if you could work offline because sometimes, we have problems with internet connectivity.
