Pluralsight can be improved because the content can feel uneven in places. Some courses are absolutely excellent and some feel outdated. When someone notices that a course is using outdated versions of a tool, it undermines confidence in the whole platform. The mobile experience also is not quite there yet for me. Learners who want to do a quick lesson on their phone during a commute find it clunky.
The navigation could be improved to be more user-friendly. Although Pluralsight is good, it can be a bit difficult to navigate compared to Udemy. There may be room for improvement in the user interface.
I think the assessments in Pluralsight are already good, but it would be helpful if there were explanations for incomplete questions or for which we couldn't provide a proper answer. I would also suggest adding URLs provided for any questions I can't answer in theassessments. This allows me to access more information on unclear topics. Another suggestion I have is to include sample exams. These exams help understand the format, language, and types of questions that may appear in exams, boosting confidence and knowledge retention. This would assist the lectures and fill any gaps from not having live sessions where questions can be asked directly.
The course quality was not very good for the information systems auditor and risk manager courses. It would be good if Pluralsight could include official risk management and audit management course content from ISACA.
