Skillsoft is already good, but I would appreciate more visual content. When someone can see and not only read text, it becomes easier to learn from the material. The visual aspect or visual content is always easier for someone to comprehend. I need to use Skillsoft more often to identify specific features that might be missing, as I have been satisfied with what I have used so far. I don't currently know of specific features that I would want to see included in future releases.
Overall, it is an easy tool to use. The only issues I truly have with it are signing issues. This is primarily because it has split sign-in credentials. I have to have specific sign-in credentials for it, nothing tailored personally. I'm not sure if it has the capabilities of a personal sign-in, but it's directly with the program that we use or with the program that I'm in, that they have sign-in credentials for us.

Based on my experience with Skillsoft, there's nothing I could think of that needs to be improved on the learning content. I think it works well. I'm currently in Skillsoft looking up CompTIA Security+ content, reviewing exam questions, and it's pretty straightforward and helping me through exam questions. This is my first time using that feature, and it's working well. I don't think anything needs to change.
The quality of the courses could be better. The solution isn't missing any features. They could work on the implementation process to make it easier to setup.
