To improve Stitch, I think the explanation about the errors could be simplified because I currently use ChatGPT to understand what is wrong with the connection or with the run. Another thing that I am missing is that Stitch cannot connect to all databases or third-party apps, such as Amazon Seller, which I cannot use Stitch for. Outbrain is another platform where we publish commercials, and I cannot get the data out of it, which is frustrating because I need to use the competition, Fivetran. I believe that Stitch does not have support because every time I needed support, I was only able to interact with a bot, and I never received a solid answer. Most of the time the bot shifted responsibility to the third party.
Generally speaking, support is a pain point. In the next release, I would love to see a change in support from the current chat to a more comprehensive portal. I would also like to see more exotic connectors. Stitch is based on a single framework, which means you can build your own tab. That is not a problem and I have done it in the past for some use cases with open-source tools and it was great, but it would still be nice to have a shortcut. With more exotic connectors, we could put in minimal effort into introducing new integrations, which would enable us to quickly gather more customers in the long run. You need at least one week to do the integration. What Stitch can do is open the framework for how we can build or contribute to new integrators. They could even make it open-source.

I wish Stitch could handle changes and updates to data better. I think improvement is needed in the licensing process.
