The only problem we encountered during the solution was that we lacked support from H3C. We faced difficulties with the language barrier when seeking tech support from China. It's a bit complicated, but we are improving our communication skills in understandable English.

The 3Com H3C Firewalls handle text data well. They are highly responsive and provide alarm clock support, in addition to language support. However, we are experiencing some difficulties understanding the language settings, which is a downside.

The initial setup is straightforward and takes three days to complete. It all depends on the customer's readiness. Sometimes, customers claim they are prepared, only for us to encounter issues upon arrival.

The pricing is very decent. I rate the product’s pricing a three out of ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.

Five technical support are required for the solution's maintenance.
