Hosting support is the most valuable feature. Acquia provides a standard for the support and the incident requests. Their knowledge of Drupal as a CMS has enabled us to focus on developing business outcomes rather than focusing on the IT operations.

It provides a consolidated platform for managing content for the content editors.

The automation tools need to improve.
The continuous delivery methodology looks at providing quality software to the hands of our customers, in a short period of time.
Quality incorporates automation tools for performance and security testing, as well as the code standards and DR.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
There were stability issues but they were only self-inflicted.

There were no scalability issues.
How are customer service and technical support?
I would rate the technical support a 10/10.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Initially, we were using the IBM Web Content Manager(WCM). It was slow and had expensive support. Also, the user experience was poor.
How was the initial setup?
The setup was very simple and repeatable.

I feel that the people of Acquia and the close relationship that they share with us, have contributed to us for having a successful platform.
