What is most valuable?
The product’s most valuable feature is its ability to support heterogeneous devices, including Cisco, Aruba, etc. It has an efficient feature for DAOD device onboarding. Other valuable use cases are cloud use cases, prepaid, postpaid, and self-sign.
What needs improvement?
There could be in-built end-to-end map integration features for IoT devices instead of using third-party tools. They should add a location-tracking feature to the product as well.

We have been using Alcatel-Lucent ClearPass for more than ten years.

I rate the initial setup process a seven out of ten. The deployment time depends on the use cases. For a simple network, it takes one or two days to implement. A complex use case takes a week or two to complete.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Alcatel-Lucent ClearPass is an expensive product compared to other vendors. We have to buy different licenses for specific use cases and support services. I rate its pricing a six to seven.
