It is an on-prem solution. It comes at a one-time cost, and then there is probably a yearly subscription.
What other advice do I have?
My advice would be to know your requirements well. That's it.
I would rate it a six out of ten. There are better products in the market. Appzillon is better in terms of pricing and support, but the functionality is on the lower side.
