Creating new jobs can be cumbersome because reports have to be scripted manually. Over time, familiarity with this process makes it easier.
Reports cannot be generated manually or without running a job.
A batch reset option would be useful.

I contact technical support for assistance with code errors. Support is ok but sometimes they do not respond in a timely manner so follow-up is required.

The initial setup took about fifteen days because we needed a week to create all jobs before scheduling production time for deployment.
