What is most valuable?
Streamlined ease-of-use and nearly instant value to our clients. We are also using Cynomi for our organization.
What needs improvement?
More integrations are coming, which will be nice. However, Cynomi has been extremely responsive to partner requests and recommendations for enhancements and updates to the solution. They have been fantastic to work with.
