We use this solution primarily when there is an issue with the server. We log in to XClarity and there we can restart it and make a report and also check the health of servers.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The most valuable features I have found are the report and remote desktop features.
What needs improvement?
When it comes to improving XClarity, I'd like to be able to log in and have it all centralized instead of logging into a specified server and IP. I want to be able to log in and see all servers.
I'd also like to improve the pricing as some of the features are quite expensive.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using this solution for about three years.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability of this solution an eight, on a scale from one to 10, with one being the worst and 10 being the best. I am the only user of this solution in my environment.
How was the initial setup?
I would say that the initial setup process was straightforward and it went by without any issues. I think that it took about 15 minutes to implement.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend this solution to other people. Before using this solution, I would advise they read about the solution beforehand and get familiar with the knowledge and support systems and the sync environment.
