How has it helped my organization?
I had problems with EDS, attacks, and the solution for the environment over the DNS and LDP, as well as attacks over the ISP solution. I had a claim from my IT and resolved it using this solution.
What is most valuable?
The solution is cost-effective and has good adaptability.
What needs improvement?
NGINX Service Mesh could be improved by integrating more intelligence and stability through certifications and SSL certificates. Additionally, I need to review the solution for DDoS environments to determine the appropriate type of firewall.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
As for stability, it's been stable for me so far, but I plan to conduct more tests and improvements, possibly with NGINX or another SaaS configuration.

I would rate NGINX Service-Mesh scalability at around a seven. I've deployed the solution in one data centre and replicated it in another state, so it's pretty scalable.

Generally, I appreciate their customer service, although there may be occasional areas that need improvement, which we address and relay feedback to enhance the deployment experience.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup for NGINX Service-Mesh is straightforward. I have twenty engineers specifically for SI deployments, and we rely on gnet environments.
Typically, we have many users, maybe a thousand users, and in Mexico, working with EC Telecom, we serve around five million users for the ISP solution, including internet and service provider solutions.
What was our ROI?
NGINX has significantly contributed to reducing operational costs, providing a return on investment of around twenty to thirty per cent.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing for NGINX Service-Mesh is very reasonable, offering us scalability and cost-effectiveness.

I would highly recommend NGINX Service-Mesh to others because of its adaptability, lower cost, and faster solutions compared to other options. Overall, I would rate it an eight out of ten.
