Nuix eDiscovery is for processing data before we load it on the review data platform.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
In my industry, it is important to use this solution because it can handle a large pipeline.
What needs improvement?
My past experience with the Nuix eDiscovery platform showed it was clunky when reviewing individual files and viewing folder structures. I wondered why we had to process in Nuix eDiscovery and then transfer to another review platform, this was a waste of time. I wish Nuix eDiscovery would have a comprehensive review platform in-house. I heard they have improved in this area, but our firm hasn't invested in it. Integrating the processing and review would make for a fantastic solution.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Nuix eDiscovery for approximately 10 years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Nuix eDiscovery is a stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
My area covers Greater China and Hong Kong. We have 10 to 15 people that are actively the solution.
Nuix eDiscovery is a scalable solution.
How are customer service and support?
The technical support is good. We are based in Asia, we reach out to their Asia tech support team and they've been good.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of Nuix eDiscovery is straightforward.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The price of Nuix eDiscovery is reasonable.
What other advice do I have?

It is a dominant solution. In my industry, it is almost a requirement to use this solution.
Nuix eDiscovery is for clients with a relatively large pipeline of work and volume. If the use case is for smaller investigations or smaller cases. There would be other solutions that would be better suited.
I rate Nuix eDiscovery an eight out of ten.
